Sold faulty Swan ignition coil for Toyota car

Purchased four ignition coils in July, 2021 for $305 after seeing some heavy promotion about the quality of Swan coils on YouTube. One of the coils failed within six months costing me another $631 in taxi to/from work after breakdown, tow fees, replacement sparkplugs and coil, and a day's lost income.

Response from Australian Choice Auoparts was:

"You purchased a set of four ignition coils and I am sure the other three are running perfectly fine."

They offered me to return the coil at my own expense and if tested faulty, they will send me a replacement, which they know that I have already replaced to get my car running. So, a big sales pitch to bring the money in and then nothing but hollow, empty words when they've sold a dud and it costs a customer dearly. Be warned before trusting them with parts for you vehicle.
