Ryan was a great help right from the word go. As first time buyers we had no clue how to buy a house at all and Ryan carefully explained all he could as well as making himself available for further questions whenever we needed him. This really made the whole process go smoothly as ont top of that he was very quick to deliver document and give us things such as our mortgage in principal. He also went above and beyond to do extra research as the house we decided to go for was a non-standard build which really put our minds at ease. I cannot recommend them enough and if you can get Ryan Mulraney as your adviser, even better.

From start to finish, Mike Gunning was excellent - he took all the information I provided and secured a mortgage offer in principle within 24 hours, which allowed me to then determine my budget and get house-hunting.
Once I'd located the property, the mortgage offer was very quickly converted into a firm deal and Mike took care of everything to ensure that the mortgage was secured.
I can't speak highly enough of what he did for me, and I'm so glad that I met him.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Mike to anyone looking for a mortgage!

He was very professional, polite and pro active through the whole process. He made sure I was kept up to date every step of the way.
