The team are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great location. Storage facilities clean & tidy. Having the app on your phone…made life easy.

This place is just awesome.
This place is just awesome. Not only did I get a great price for 12 months, the customer service is 5 star. They do their very best to accommodate your individual needs. Everyone is so friendly and helpful (a shout out to Paula but everyone is awesome) and you really get to feel your items are safe in their hands. I really cannot recommend Access Self Storage highly enough. If you need somewhere for your cherished belongings, Access is the place to go.

More than a store ....
Along time ago I found myself in a situation whereby I need to store most of my belongings. The fact that it was close by the Travel Lodge where I was staying made it an very convenient location.
I've now had my things in storage for 5 months. I want to say that in all that time I have found the friendliness, professionalism, the efficiency of the team way above my expectations..
Yes, it's a very expensive experience but the knowledge that my things are completely safe and secure in a clean lock up with regular housekeeping off sets the cost. Would I recommend Access Self Storage? Go one better, pop in to the office and see for yourself.....Most Excellent.

the out of hours access codes for the…
the out of hours access codes for the gate didn’t work resulting in my being stuck and frightened in the compound
eventually i rang the security number ( as no number was displayed on the code box) not knowing if this would incur heavy charges
luckily i was given a one off override code to exit but i’m terrified of now using out of hours
