I was a bit confused with process to book as kept being told I couldn't book too far in advance and then told that no spaces. Anyway got one in end and staff were very helpful and clear on the process. Would recommend.

Used to move house
We used storage unit to move house. Nice clean unit. Was shown unit to make sure it was big enough. Made our move easier as we went each day to pick car load up sort out and went back next day for more. What was left in storage was going to tip. Used for a month. Good deal on. Staff very helpful thank you

Superb Service from the Selly Oak Team
The staff at Access self-storage Selly Oak were amazing. Very professional, knowledegable, approachable and also very kind. They were so helpful at a difficult time for us. We urgently needed to store some furniture in order to make room for installation of a hospital bed so a terminally ill friend could come home for end of life care. They made navigating the process very straightforward, advising on size of unit required etc. The storage facility was very clean and tidy and felt very secure. The refund process once we had finished with the unit was seamless without me having to do anything. It took just over 2 weeks for the refund to appear in my account. Superb service. I would highly recommend and I will definitely use again if I need storage in the future.
