Ashley was amazing from start to finish, was reassuring and answered everything thoroughly. Couldn't recommend enough.

I contacted the accident advice helpline on a Saturday and by the Monday , my claim was in progress and I started to receive treatment for my injury on the Thursday . Everyone I have dealt with have been very professional , yet explained everything in a way I could understand and very fast acting to ensure I started to receive the correct treatment as soon as possible . Excellent Communication by phone , text and email - not pushy , wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone in the same position .

Very explained step by step quality customer service I have to say agent streets have made me give a five star for such service received .

To date, in every respect, AAH have been most helpful and supportive. They have acted with a degree of professionalism in all they have done thus far. I have been copied in to information as and when the situation changed. Given their swift and sympathetic approach I have had far less stress to deal with following the incident. For that I am extremely grateful, especially having witnessed the early harassment from the circling wolf pack that accompany such situations. AAH have effectively managed (both) the crash aspects and any medical issues from the outset. A thoroughly professional job. Well done all.
