My partner and myself were involved in a car accident 2 weeks ago (not our fault). The Accident Advice Helpline were brilliant advising about the insurance claim, sorting a solicitor and quick physio therapy for us both. I had my first physio therapy session today so within 2 weeks of the accident! They are excellent at keeping us in the loop about what is going on and what steps are next in the process.

After leaving my details on the inquiry form,I got a phone call and spoke to someone with in 1 minute.
The service I recieved was first rate and would recommend Accident Advise Helpline to anyone who has any injury inquiries..

Fantastic, easy to understand process. Each operative I spoke to was very friendly and courteous and talked me through the process that was easy to understand.

I felt that my claim was dealt with efficiency and competency, and AAH made me feel confident and comfortable, as the whole process was explained in terms that were understandable, without the legal jargon. I would recommend AAH to everyone! Bravo!

Never having needed to make a claim anywhere before, I am pleasantly surprised at how simple Accident Advice Helpline are making it for me.

After having my first accident which wasn't my fault I really didn't know what to do. A car garage told me to call accident advice helpline they helped me with everything and put me in touch with the right people. I contacted Accident Advice Helpline who very efficiently got my claim up and running. I was informed about all the steps how my claim will be dealt with . Today I had my Ist Physio appointment which was a medical assessment regarding a trapped Sciatica nerve in my back which is trapped on a slip disc due to a road traffic incident. I'm especially pleased about the customer service and politeness of staff who have dealt with my claim.
