Bureaucracy at its worst
Tried using them for a mortgage, were incredibly unhelpful, and insisted on an EWS1 form which proves cladding is safe - even though there is no cladding on the building!
The team had no argument as to why except 'we have to defer to our surveyors judgement'. No accountability, no thinking, just catch-22 level bureaucracy at its finest.
