Linda and Elizabeth are just the absolute best! Our refi process was quick and easy. They were very accommodating, responded quickly and always kept us up to date. The personalized videos explaining each milestone in the refi was really neat as well.

Linda Kilgore and Beth Watson did an outstanding job guiding us through the refinancing process. They both were cordial, professional, and patient. Several times during the process, I had questions regarding specific calculations. They answered each question in a polite manner. At the beginning of our investigation into refinancing, I asked Linda to target a specific interest rate lower than the prevailing rate. She monitored the rates and informed us when the target was reached in the market. Great communication. We could not be happier with Accurate and the team we worked with in our process.

My wife and I were very impressed with Heino Moeller and his team. We were updated on every part of the process and he was always there when we had a few questions. We appreciate what you did for us.

I read reviews on each person and decided that Dawn Gaffney seemed like the perfect fit for us and let me tell you—she was! She was very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and genuinely seemed to care about what was best for us. It was such a refreshing change compared to the last time we refinanced with another company. We were not disappointed at all! Both Dawn and Jodie Campbell kept us aware of what was happening every step of the way and were always quick to respond with any questions we had. They made everything such a smooth and stress-free process! Again, we couldn’t have picked a better team!
