After ordering pizza pans and paying…
After ordering pizza pans and paying for them online was told delivery would be two weeks.Two months and many phone calls later did receive the pizza pans after which they were cleaned and oiled to be used.
When started to use them in the oven they started to warp from the heat.
When contacted Steve was told that they could have been over stretched on one of the machines and would be getting replacements.
Two months of complete lies have been told not yet available.
Totally unprofessional company,terrible pizza pans and please don’t deal with them.

Appalling service from this business
Appalling service from this business. Ordered pans and 2 weeks later nothing received. Promised delivery - no delivery. Requested update on tracking - no response. Requested update on order progress - no response. Telephone answering service is cheap "Leave a message" after 4 rings. Unbelievably amateurish and unprofessional. Never again. Refund requested. Thank goodness I used PayPal. If I ran my business like this I would have no customers very soon.

Best pans I have ever used
I bought 50 12 inch black iron pans from Steve at ace pans last month, they are the best quality I have ever had at any of my shops , far better than alphin , I will buy again .
