Good pricing and gear. Communication should be better. On receiving my order, I was offered tracking yet I heard nothing. I emailed and was told when I should expect to receive my goods. Heard nothing more for a week and that was from the courier. 8 days delivery! I was gonna buy a hood for my Carhartt jacket but will probably not... People like to know what's going on fellas.

No email to say when goods arrive. Use a company to deliver who don’t give you delivery options! Having to collect parcel from a depot 35 mins away from home! Rubbish

Rubbish service

Reasonably quick delivery but the Portwest Coverall I bought does the job on the harbour, this is going to make my life easier during the winter months.
Very good protection against the weather and a quality product.
Ordering was simple.

The product I bought ( safety boots ) was competitively priced even with postage . They delivered the service they advertised and the boots arrived a few days later with no problems at all , unfortunately not all companies are like this .

Good trousers good communication with seller

Very good, shipped from Scotland to the south of England in a few days. Genuine item at a fair price. Can't ask for much more than that!

I order two Portwest TX12 bib & brace in different colours. Unfortunately one was out of stock. Ace work gear in formed my next working day and offered a refund or choice of a different colour. Also the delivery was very good.

Website ordering very confusing wanted grey trim got orange told if wanted grey should have ordered black charged £4.95 postage wanted £5 to send item back and another £5 to post correct ones Dumped item in skip bought correct ones cheaper from Amazon NEVER AGAIN

This company is great, you have to be somewhat patient ordering, my order turned up within a fortnight, no quibbles, item turned up in perfect condition as described.

The coats are fine. I think we would have preferred a fastner on the cuffs as the sleeves flap about. This can be a risk near machinery although this isn't an issue in this packhouse.

Excellent service, price, delivery, all faultless.
