Great price, products and service

Ordered a clarinet bell cover for a reasonable price and it arrived in less than 48 hours. Can't say better than that!

Excellent customer service, so helpful and knowledgeable about the instrument. Also incredible delivery, I ordered the keyboard at 11:20am, had a call 10mins later saying someone was passing this way, and I had the keyboard delivered to me at 12:20! If only everywhere was this fast and efficient. Brilliant.

Bought my clarinet from Ackerman Music and was extremely satisfied with the experience.
The delivery was very fast (right on the next day, as I remember)
I first ordered a more expensive clarinet but later sent it back because I changed my mind and decided to buy a cheaper model. I got refunded all 100% of the difference in price and the refund was very very quick which I really appreciate.
The impression I got is that the company is not just making money but really is trying to provide the best service possible, so I would very recommend the company to anyone.

I am a busy piano teacher in Hertfordshire and have used Ackerman Music exclusively for all my personal and students' music for a decade. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. During the current crisis my students have had to source their music directly from Ackerman Music and received a first class service. They are to be commended for coping so well in the current situation.

Ordered a Yamaha trumpet mute, price was extremely competitive, there was a cheaper one but it was only £4 cheaper from a large German music store. I preferred to spend locally so went with Ackerman’s and I was disappointed. I ordered on late Wednesday night and received it Friday.... excellent service and will definitely use again.

BEWARE they state that items are in stock on their website and will process your order, take payment but the following day may send you an email to tell you the product has been sold to someone else. Even then the product still shows as in stock on their website. They say that there is disconnect between their online system and physically allocating stock which leads to double or even tripple bookings in this case. This archaic manual system can cause disappointment and unfilled orders. Personally I will never shop with them again becase the customer service was poor and needs attention.

The sheet music prices are great, as well as delivery and customer service. I often get music from here rather than the largest sheet music companies

I ordered a violin for my daughter from Ackerman music. excellent product and good service, would definately order from them again.

Have used them for years, from reeds to a brand new clarinet. Price same or better than anywhere else, promt delivery, very helpful on the phone when I was trying to source something. If there's a delay or a problem they let you know, & they always doo what they say they will, when they said they'd do it. Excellent range too.
