Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They will not refund your money if you cancel repairs. The company is a complete fraud. I paid 500 dollars to get a breast pump repaired, which they reneged on then they would not refund my money.

DO NOT USE ACME REVIVAL IN SHERIDAN…

DO NOT USE ACME REVIVAL IN SHERIDAN COLORADO TO FIX OR REPAIR ANY OF YOUR EQUIPMENT!
I sent them a visual field that was having a software issue, with an estimate of $600-$800 to repair. They sent a shipping tag to have the visual field sent to them. The screen was damaged during shipping, but ACME did not insure the package. Wanted $2000 to fix the screen on top of the initial repair. I declined the repair and the vf was returned. However, they did not return the patient response clicker nor the power cord. Awful company! Beware!

WORST PLACE EVER

WORST PLACE EVER. Paid (via bank draft only) to have my chiropractic instrument repaired. 6 months later ...and counting...still do not have it. Try to call and the automated system that will not give any info. Emailed 13 times to probably 10 different people and you get a standard "form" email back that tells me how important my business is and how they strive to make it right...BS!!! So I am out several hundred $$ and no instrument. DO NOT...DO NOT...DO NOT USE ACME REVIVAL!!!

Waste of time

I would give them negative stars if I could. Misleading delivery time, misleading quantity in stock, "live chats" are not helpful, no resolution to any questions. Wasted 4 weeks of time waiting for my product, but they're quick to take your money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We ordered a slit lamp 4 months ago and since their GOCARDLESS AFT site glitched while I was putting in the information, I ended up sending them a wire transfer. Got the slit lamp within a few weeks, broken in 10 pieces. Oh, and they ended up running my bank account for the AFT with the info I had already put in, PLUS accepted the wire transfer. So I paid double for a broken piece of equipment to the tune of about $7000. Since you can't call and speak to a real human at this company, I emailed them before the wire transfer to ensure they didn't run the additional AFT and a member from their company confirmed they'd look out for this. Now its 4 months later and I've been sending weekly emails trying to get an update on the status of the refund. They've confirmed they got BOTH payments and will send a check in the mail, yet I still have not received my refund and I don't think its coming. I'm not even asking for a full refund on the broken slit lamp as I've read on here once you send it back they keep the product and the money anyway. I just want what's reasonably fair and have them refund me for the double payment. They keep saying its getting escalated to the appropriate team member but then nothing happens. There's probably only a handful of people working at this scam masquerading as different names on their email replies. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. I don't know how anyone working there can sleep at night knowing what they're doing to honest businesses.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Absolute scum.
Do not buy anything from them.
I purchased a machine that did not work properly. The company approved my return and they received it, but never refunded my money. I wrote them multiple emails weekly for the last 3 months with no result. Their phone is fake too.

This company STOLE my $32K trios scanner. We told them we didn't want it repaired anymore, paid the service charge, and now they won't return my scanner!!
I've decided to get the police involved. Their felonious actions need to be dealt with. The people who run this company need to be imprisoned.

Complete frauds working at this…

Complete frauds working at this company. They scammed our business for a “repair” that cost us over a thousand dollars for a piezo machine that worked for barely a month. They now will not respond to emails or requests for a call back. I will be formally submitting a complaint to BBB so others will not be scammed.

This vendor is a scam. DO NOT waste your time!

This vendor is a scam.
We purchased a rotor for our lab two times and they keep making excuses and canceling order.
DO yourself a favor and work with a trusted supplier like, Labtain, New Life Scientific, Biolabtek, Lab World Group.
LabX is also good.

I sent my miller spool gun in for repair. 1st off they gave me a quote of $400 to fix to be paid with an ach. Now I can't talk with anyone on the phone. They say that they will send it back within 48 or 72 hrs *different times), but has been several months and still no spool gun back or refund. I am thinking that they sold my $1500 dollar investment. Since the review, they have sent a tracking number, but it's been nearly a week and the package has not been picked up from their facility.

Scam

On 8/2/23, we purchased a Pelton and Crane OCM Autoclave from ACME REVIVAL for $1245.96, which included a 2 year warranty. The machine arrived on 8/22/23, a week later than expected, worked one time and then would not heat. We contacted the company through online chat because, even though they advertise a customer support number, the only way to communicate with this compamy is through online chat. We were sent a shipping label to return for repair via UPS. We packed the autoclave in bubblewrap, placed it in a large box and then used a second box, which we broke down, to surround the original box for extra protection, taped the entire package closed with shipping tape and sent it out on 9/11/23. On 9/20/23 we received an email from this company stating the returned item did not qualify for their return policy because it had been damaged by the carrier en route and they were returning the autoclave to us. The only option they gave for us was to file a claim with UPS. ACME REVIVAL INC got to keep the 1245.96 we paid to them and then deny any further service, even though we paid for a two year extended warranty, on a machine which they sold to us even though it was a defective product. When trying to file a claim with UPS, we were told the claim had to come from ACME REVIVAL INC, as the return shipping label was under their name and account.
When we told them this information, their only response was to repeat the original message that the package was damaged, they weren't going to do anything about it, contact UPS. What a scam! Sell a defective product, claim it was damaged when the customer returns it for repair, blame the carrier, refuse to acknowledge what the carrier requires to file the claim, and then keep the money without any further action, regardless of paid warranty. A damaged package arriving to this company for repair is their lucky day! A more suspicious person might question who actually caused the damage. Stay away from this company.

Acme Revival will not issue REFUNDS

This company will not refund my money for a defective AED, even though I returned the defective AED the next day. They keep chatting that the refund is with their Escalation Team. It’s been months. Do not purchase their products for your own safety.

Please Steer Clear of this Company

As many others have stated. Please steer clear of this company. We sent them a machine that was having incremental issues. They returned a non-functioning machine. We have followed all of their terms of service, and they refuse to refund our payment. They will not accept my calls and have sent me on a circular email chain with AI bots for 3 months.

Violates Visa charge rules, cancelled order after three weeks

Charged my credit card for an AED without shipping it, in violation of Visa's rules. Sent me a series of emails claiming my product was being prepared for shipment. Nearly three weeks later, days after it was supposed to arrive, I complained - so they cancelled my order. I see numerous similar complaints. Stay away from this company - cannot be trusted.

I purchased two medical devices from Acme Revival for a total of over $13,000. Both items were defective and when they were returned to the company, they never refunded my money and kept the equipment!!! I was sent an email saying they were having difficulty refunding me my money due to problems with their payment processor "Stripe". They said to try to get a refund from my credit card...the only problem is that I was told to do this after the time frame when the credit card could issue me a refund. So here I am...no equipment and $13,000 less money in my pocket.

Avoid this ? CHINESE company

Avoid this company unless they start being honest. We had a terrible experience after returning a benchtop centrifuge that broke down (while under their warranty). They gave us the run around for several months, then said that they returned our money to the original credit card (with no electronic reference information, just their word). Luckily our bank is pursuing this. Responses are empty of any information and sound like they are generated by Chatgpt. I dont think this company is located in the US. Their listed address comes up as blur on Google maps. I suspect that they are located in China. This would explain why they need several months to determine if they can repair an instrument. I think they should be honest about their situation, so that consumers can decide if they are worth the hassle. Drop the empty responses, you only make people very angry. If they were honest and gave realistic timelines for repair, they might survive as there is a need for reliable used equipment. And if they didn't refund our money but are scamming, I hope their business gets burned to the ground.
