We have worked with Ubiqus for a number of yeas and although there was a dip in the level of service we received for a short period a year or so ago, we acknowledge that this was primarily due to a number of short term changes that were somewhat outside of Ubiqus' control. After providing feedback which Ubiqus were very receptive too, we very quickly started to experience an improved level of service and are currently very happy with the service provided. Ubiqus always look to accomodate our ad hoc requirements and tailor their service (where they can) to our needs.

I regularly use Ubiqus for document translation services. They are very quick to acknowledge my request and my client manager Jess Fry is very friendly and accommodating to my various requests. The translation turn around is prompt and to the agreed deadlines. The presentation of the translation work is excellent, I am able to put the original document and the translated version side by side for comparison. I work for a global organisation with offices and stakeholders across the global and Ubiqus has always been able to provide a translator; from Traditional Chinese to French to Urdu, Ubiqus were able to translate quickly and promptly! Ubiqus are also good value for money for the service they provide. Highly recommend Ubiqus to other users for document translation services.

The reservations team always try to accomodate any last minute bookings. All note takers are very professional, transcripts turned around within the booked timeframe.

The translators were fantastic. The planning wasn't as great. A site visit should have been done to know and understand the difficulty of the acoustics so that you could best recommend the equipment we needed. I got your company name from the venue, Mansion House, in London so I assumed there was familiarity with the venue. There wasn't and we lacked the necessary equipment to make the job perfect.

Nothing to complain about. Excellent service before printing despite the rush. No remarks on good product delivered in time and well presented. Price was even below competition.
