Had a great experience with Kia Rental when my car broke down and I was waiting for a new vehicle to arrive. They beat the price I was already paying, came to pick me up when I was car-less and planning to walk. The whole process was simple, straightforward and I enjoyed test driving a KIA Niro for a week! Would highly recommend them.

What a breath of fresh air from KIA and from Acorn Motor Group. I contacted another car manufacturer but they were not very helpful, very slow in getting back to me, made promises but were actually lying to me. Kia on the other hand delivered on what they said they would do, provided an outstanding service every single time and I got a car that was amazing. Definitely recommend Kia as it was not a car that I would ever think about, but now I am.
I would highly recommend contacting Dan Demaine for any details you want about Kia.

What can I say but from the moment I walked in to Lesley’s office she sorted me out with a lovely Kia shortage gt line even gave me a lift home so I could get my driving license there was a chap there to can’t remember is name but was also so helpful I can’t thank you both so much I was in a mess that day and you took the pressure off straight away thank you again my kids didn’t want me to give the car back 😄

Fantastic rental experience
Can’t fault the service and professionalism, from Kia Rentals Burntwood. Both Dan and Lesley go above and beyond to accomodate us during my long term Sportage repairs. We are currently on our third car during this time and each one has been perfect, starting on an Xceed which was fantastic but because we needed a Sportage for our holiday Dan arranged a swap over, a lovely HEV auto which was both very easy to drive, comfortable and fuel economy was brilliant. Now on a Proceed and it’s a lovely car too. Thank you Dan Demaine and Lesley McQuillan.
