We dealt with Paddy who made the whole process pain free. From his knowledge of the car to how he guided us through the digital minefield that comes with new cars today. Would certainly recommend them and would purchase from them again.

Great service…
I have been really impressed with the service provided at Acorn Kia Burntwood, both while I was looking for a new car and with follow up service queries. Having booked my car in for its first service I received a call from the service team to confirm that a service was completed ahead of my purchase, so it didn't need another for a further 8k miles or so. The team offered to re-set the service reminder for me whenever I was next passing, and although the garage was busy on my arrival Kirsty managed to get an engineer to pop out and complete the re-set for me so I was back on my way within 10 mins. Fab service - thank you Kia!

Alex was incredible, seriously. Came in with a budget, told they had nothing in stock. Had a look at other options without forcing me into anything. Spent a lot of time with me giving me time to thing. Explained everything I was unsure about and came away with a brand new car. Over the moon with the service and help from Alex.

Customer experience
A very nice experience with polite and knowledgeable Staff who explained things concisely and answered questions in full.
It was a very busy showroom but even so there was no rushing me through the process and my wishes and requirements seemed paramount at all times.

I have always had great experiences with Acorn Kia Burntwood.
The sales team and the parts team are always very helpful. Especially the ladies in Service they have always gone way beyond being helpful when I have had issues with my car. I highly recommend this garage.

Excellent service. The salesman (Jason) was very patient and not at all pushy. Treated us with respect and nothing was too much trouble. We came away with exactly what we were looking for.
