Dan was really great and very friendly
Dan was really great and very friendly, he was very patient when we kept changing our minds. Nothing was too much trouble and even came in on his weekend off so we could collect our new car. Everything was explained and the communication from Acorn was superb.

Very good experience
Really good in terms of contact and knowing their stuff about the cars. They were also helpful when it came to arranging delivery and pick up of the part exchange.
Only downside was that at the dealership itself, it was a little slow to get through. I'm sure once they're not working out of porta cabins this will improve.
Otherwise great.

Great MOT and Annual Service
I have bought a Kia Niro at Acorn and just finished the annual service and MOT there. The service is great, a full 3 mins video showing the underneath of the car with the engineer’s comment is amazing. A courtesy car is requested at a reasonable price during the MOT and my car has been washed as well. Definitely I will recommend everyone going to Acorn for service.

POOR QUALITY VEHICLE
Bought a 2024 Kia Sorrento from Acorn Kia St Helens so yes not Warrington but the same group nonetheless, have to say the staff were really nice when buying the car and I still consider them nice, however the car had a DPF issue and then after 15.500 miles it developed a very serious gearbox issue which actually meant the car shuddered and lost acceleration when driving, you can imagine how that felt at a roundabout, I was very lucky there was no accident, it also meant my car was off the road for six to seven weeks, I rejected the car as not fit for purpose, the business manager based at Warrington refused this point blank with no consideration and the issue is now with Kia UK for a resolution and this may yet end up with the Motor Ombudsman and or court.

I am listed as the insured, my Wife’s the lease holder, being the most experienced driver I got to ask all the reverent questions, I know she never really gives me choices, Dan literally had to answer all our questions, problems,never at any point was he unable to answer them,

Another great experience at Warrington, Sean is extremely friendly and I have been going to him for years with all my car purchases, he makes you feel like a valued customer and polite even though I was indecisive. I had a specific budget I wanted to keep to and went back and forth between 2 different cars but Sean was patient and provided all the information I needed to help me decide.

We picked up our car yesterday and the service from Dan Jackson was absolutely exceptional from the moment we arrived to the moment we drove away. Nothing was too much trouble. I pointed out a couple of tiny marks on the car and without hesitation he came straight out with his TikTok buffer and removed every single one on the spot.
It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about the details and takes pride in making sure everything is perfect, but Dan absolutely does. Great service, great guy, and a brilliant experience all round.
