Another great visit at Kia Warrington, Hana in service is extremely friendly and makes you feel like a valued customer, from her great service ive been returning and just bought my 2nd car from here, Neil was absolutly fabulous made it an easy and fun experience. Pete as always was great.
The Service you recieve here is 5* even with all the distruption, cant wait to see the new show room.

Very poor customer service.Other half booked day off to take my kia in for its first service. He gave then his mobile and asked them to contact him not me as I was at work . After 3and half hours of waiting he drove home having paid for the service . I saw that I had a video of the service in which I was helpfully told there was a screw in my tyre and it could easily be repaired today.Sadly no one bothered telling my partner just rang to say the car was ready for collection. When I asked why this happened I was told the lady had called and left a message .no.missed calls on either phone and no messages . Just a mistake which was made worse by a pior resolution.Her offer of an apology was not to increase the repair price if we came back on a different day. No compensation for the wasted fuel driving 30 mins to the site. .I certainly won't be using again and kwik fit have already repaired the tyre just 40 minutes after paying acorn £245!! . Avoid this place and go to someone who is interested in customers not just sales . Seems to happen often here in the aftersales and people are told its a one off and to call back and discuss . Wish I had read trustpilot before booking in .

Sean helped us throughout the whole process. He knew we were going to look elsewhere before we made our decision and he said it was understandable and that he wouldn’t pester us with phone calls and to give him a call when we made our decision. Other places we dealt with were on the phone constantly asking if we’d made our decision. The customer service since deciding to buy the car had been second to none. Will definitely use Akron Kia in the future.

Great Service from start to finish
We were recommended to visit Acorn by two independent friends who felt the service offered to them during their purchases was second to none. Sean was great at Acorn Kia Warrington. Sent me everything in advance where possible so I didn't stay at the dealership too long. My train was delayed and at one point, I didn't know if I would be there before closing and Sean said he would wait. Took the pressure off. Enough fuel to get home and the interior treated. Would definitely recommend!

Helpful , courteous efficient service. Knowledgeable staff. No hard sell and no hassle. Cost effective cars which drive well, without the fancy badge or price tag. Although the current garage is being built, staff still seem happy and make you welcome.
