Friendly and helpful
Had an appointment with Dan to view a car I was interested in and He was very helpful all through my time there. Having sorted out my insurance and letting me have a test drive, we sat down to do business. Dan explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. We came to deal after a short while with no pushyness or hard sales talk. He has kept in touch whilst waiting for my documents to come through and I will pick up my new car very soon. Overall very happy with my experience at Acorn motor group.

Great service
A very easy transaction. Buying a new car can be quite a stressful experience, but this certainly wasn’t the case in this instance. The salesperson (Dan) was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and highly professional. He helped me through the decision making process (in selecting the right car for me) and took me through to a successful and satisfactory conclusion - e.g. I bought the car!
If you want a Kia (or even if you think you don’t but are in the market for a new car) the Acorn experience would be hard to beat.

Very refreshing experience!
I still can not believe how easy and quick the whole process was. Dan helped me out from the very first moment and never stopped explaining me every single question i had or doubt. Patiently waiting and doing his best effort to make sure there was nothing have not been discussed. All cars have been very carefully treated on site and i was offered a test drive alone to make sure i was satisfied with the car i chose.
Finance was procedure very smooth, quick and flexible.
The branch has an ongoing refurbishment at the moment but that did not affect the way we been treated or the outcome.
I will strongly recommend Acorn Kia in Warrington to everyone and i will spread the word around my friends and family.
They are STARS!!!

Exceptional customer service
I'd like to thank both Dan Jackson and Neil Harrison at Acorn Warrington for their help in enabling to secure a new car- a Kia Sportage.
In late August, Neil researched and made initial enquiries for Kia Sportage's that were tailored to my interests and provided me with options to consider, which I'm very grateful for, and also for the advice he gave me after I had purchased the car.
Despite these vehicles no longer being available when I revisited Acorn Warrington around mid-October, Dan picked up the enquiries, found me an alternative vehicle and offered me what I believe is an excellent deal which was around the budget that I had set myself for purchasing a new vehicle. The deal involved a number of benefits and generous gestures, including gap insurance and tyre and alloy wheel maintenance, breakdown cover and a very generous full tank of petrol for my new car. The deal also involved part exchange of my current vehicle for a very generous amount, which helped to make the deal affordable for myself.
Prior to completion of the deal, Dan was very understanding and patient regarding my bank's request for me to test drive the car first before transferring payment, which I really appreciated and this made me feel at ease with the situation. Dan was also very supportive during the test drive and whilst the deal was being completed. He also ensured that I understood the basics of the car and was also on hand when I returned to obtain further understanding of the car's locking system. Dan has gone above and beyond the standard levels of customer service throughout the process and I am extremely grateful to him.
