Exceptional service
Despite working from porta cabins since July last year, the team are always cheery and super helpful.
I was updated on my car status and it was spotless on return even though there is building work nearby.

DIshonest communication
We were offered new front tyres as ours were close to (but not over) the legal limit. We were promised like for like replacement. We arrived to find they had put a lesser tyre on, and didn't tell us or offer to change the price accordingly. They hadn't been able to get the tyres they promised, but they didn't phone us to tell us or ask about putting different ones on.
