I asked for one thing to be rectified apart from the general service.
When collecting the vehicle I was told it had been fixed.Needless to say it had not.
I really don't know why the vehicle was required for 3 hours!! 7.50 AM TO 11AM!!

Dan Jackson - Best Salesman you could ask for.
From the moment I showed interest in the Kia Sorento, Dan Jackson went above and beyond, ensuring I was being looked after. From helping choose the correct specification, explaining what each option was and the costs. He then went through in fine detail explaining each add-on was and what it was for. From the point of interest to the collection of the car, he was incredibly helpful and would 100% recommend anyone who wants a Kia to deal with Dan Jackson.

Had a call from the salesperson Dan…
Had a call from the salesperson Dan regarding swapping my car. Had done a few enquiries in past few months but due to negative equity no joy. I was a bit sceptical at first and said that I didn’t want to waste my time or put a big deposit down. Dan said he needed to see the car and was confident a deal could be done.
