Parasitic

Ineffective and useless training for people trying to find work (who have been referred to here by the DWP). I have a job now so thankfully I do not need to have appointments with them, but the experience was painfully patronising and soul-destroying, consisting of extremely basic exercises and being made to apply for unsuitable or non-existent jobs (despite me not being unskilled or uneducated). The government is wasting our money with a contract that duplicates the service the Job Centre should provide but does so very poorly. If government funding was not provided, they would likely not be in business.

No idea about mental health

The problem with this "training" is they work under the assumption that your an idiot. Their only motivation is getting a pay day from the government. No comprehension of mental health issues. Use a health and well being coach who isn't qualified for things like PTSD which is my issue. Try to force you into jobs that you are not capable of. Absolute muppets.

Where to start?!

Where to start?! Unorganised, tardy replies, rude, not joined up at all. I’d say stay clear and pay if you need the qualifications. I would rather pay out of pocket than have to deal with this company. They must be working off of government funding so don’t strictly rely on excellent service by paying customers - can’t see the business working otherwise.

Experienced trainer, reviews training organisation

I have more than 20 years of experience in training delivery. I was referred to this outfit by a third party. I went along to a meeting with a coach and the concerns started immediately. I was told something that isn't true, then I was pressed to join non of their courses.
Every course is the most basic level, the "certificates" you're offered are worthless in the job market.
I was "assessed" with Key Stage 2 level Maths and English assessments.
They cut contact. I tried to contact them and was told I had a course commencing on Monday, no email warning, no notification, just be available Monday, or else.
The course was of poor quality. The answers were given to the participants and it explains the alleged high pass rates. Second day the leader couldn't attend. They attempted to find a substitute and we discovered the technology they have doesn't work.
Then whole organisation sucks. They have no real experience in delivering adult training courses and the qualifications are worthless. If you are told to attend with them. Refuse. Save yourself the headache.
