Would avoid this company at all costs, ordered a stud. Sent and empty package, once all the images and everything was provided. Stopped responding and still not refunded me for the stud. Never contact me to ask for any further details, just completely blanked from all channels when it came to refunding. I wouldn't recommend to order anything from this company.

Ordered a braclet for my granddaughters christening it arrived the following day very efficient service despatched same day .

The packaging was not as I expected as it has changed recently felt it was for a lady not a little girl.
I rang up and the lady was really helpful and understanding the following day a new box and bag arrived .

Fantastic experience, really impressed! So happy with my bracelet and with 20% off it was the cheapest I could find anywhere online. The packaging was great and came with a lovely gift bag. The delivery was by DPD which was also very good as they are much better to deal with that the likes of Evri!

Five star service. Ordered Trollbead bead a few days ago and it arrived this morning via Royal Mail and that was with Royal Mail strike yesterday. Thankyou Acotis for your great service

It has been 12 days since my order and I have still not received the pendant i ordered.

Royal mail does not know the tracking number I was given (> Sorry - we don't recognise that number. Please check the information to make sure your tracking code is correct.).

The customer service is not helpful either. Every time I contact them, they just ask me to check again tomorrow. No one really looks into what happened to my delivery or whether it was shipped at all....

Edit (10.12.2022):
The shipment number "LE1185599640GB" that you provided and confirmed several times is apparently invalid. Have you taken the trouble to check the reference number?

By trial and error, I found that the digit 5 occurs once too often. At least royal mail knows the tracking number "LE118599640GB" and does not give an error message.

Under this number, there is an international item whose status was last updated on 26/11/2022. This is pretty much in line with my order. According to this, royal mail is still waiting for the shipment to arrive because the sender is still preparing it for dispatch. In the almost two weeks since then nothing has happened and there has been no update. So I have to assume for the time being that this is accurate. Even in the case of a strike, an update should have been given after two weeks.

Absolute joke of a company ignore messages and don’t reply to emails regarding not getting my item case opened with Klarna

This absurd company has broken data protection laws by filling my inbox with dozens of absolute drivel emails, despite my requesting that they stop, many, many times.
To date I have forwarded 10 of their unsolicited junk emails to the ICO who are now investigating them.

I have never been a customer of this company; I have never consented to them emailing me; and I have never asked to join their spam email lists, so their data law infractions are as confounding as they are unwarranted.

Avoid this grotesque company unless you want your data abused, your inbox filled and your patience tried to the point you contemplate violence.

Absolutely stunning Small 2022 Swarovski Snowflake, so sparkly when it catches the light. Just beautiful! In Perfect condition. It arrived in a pretty Swarovski box with a guarantee, very quickly. I had originally ordered one of last years which I was told, after purchasing it, was out of stock. Acotis apologised and offered this years, which is actually what I wanted, so I was given a full refund and I bought this one. They were so kind and helpful in every way. I totally recommend Acotis! Thank you so much I’m delighted!

Ordered an earring over 5 weeks ago. It never arrived. Emailed them 10 days ago an no answer. I guess I will never see my ear ring or get my money back.

Ordered two nominations charms as a birthday present for a friend. They came a lot quicker than expected, and a good price.

necklace flimsy and of questionable quality arrived in a plastic bag, not in a box, like in the pictures from the website.
difficult to return as they don't provide a return label.
not a serious business, willing only to scam people

Although, my review was "flagged" by the seller - I stand by it, as when I tried to contact them for a free return label they said it was not available for me, as it was a sale item.
so yes, again, misleading info.
Also, Trustpilot can you please discuss with Acotis to remove my personal details from their reply, as is a serious breach of GDPR!!
