The folk at the Acousticcentre were excellent. They gave me good, balanced advice on the pros and cons of the different options I was considering and did everything they could to inform my choice - right down to sending me photos of the wood colour and grain of the finalists. And, once I'd made my decision, they had it set up and ready to go within hours. I was nervous about buying on line but I now have a mandolin that is a delight!

Such awesome service, all via their website, making it a smooth transaction, from selection to payment, and then too delivery. We live on a farm 50 k's from Albany Western Australia, with delivery of mail 3 days a week.
My husbands Christmas present was delivered in 1.5 weeks. The package won't be opened until Christmas day, so I can't tell you what the guitar is like. But if it's anything like the order and delivery process, it will be just what Santa ordered.

Would definitely recommend Acoustic Centre. I ordered some picks for my mandolin. Guy telephoned me to warn me that one of the picks I'd ordered wasn't in stock, but it would only be a few days wait. He offered me my money back. I said I was happy to wait. He telephoned me to say order was on it's way and then added some free picks he recommended I should try. Brilliant service.

Great deal on a magic guitar - used J45. Always quality people to deal with from start to finish and guitar arrived as listed. Plays great right out of the box. Will be a keeper!

When i went instore to get a guitar, the salesperson was so lovely, very aware of my budget and offering great guitars within the range. he also gave me ample alone time to test them out without feeling self conscious, coming back periodically to check on my progress and see if i had any questions until i finally settled on one. he also discounted the final one for me which was awesome!
decided to order online a few extra pieces not long after my visit (a strap and a tuner) and was very impressed with the prompt delivery. thanks heaps acoustic centre, i'll definitely be returning for any future purchases.

My guitar came quickly and sounds wonderful.

Only gripe, the sales attendant on the phone seemed impatient and hurried me through the transaction...I didn't feel that he was looing after my interests enough.

By far the most amazing service I have ever received. I had very specific set up requirements and within an hour of paying for my guitar I had a guitar tech contact me to confirm what I wanted. The guitar arrived in two days exactly as I had specified. Bear in mi d that I live almost two states away from the shopfront. I would not shop anywhere else.
