Thanks Ryan for the prompt, friendly and very professional service you provided via email and over the phone. Taking/sending the requested images of available instruments was a big plus and great help in completing our transaction. I deducted one star only because the guitar was not shipped in it's original packaging. Will definitely do business again.

I have experienced great service. I bought the Washburn Parlour 115 recently and the team were able to tell me what string gauge to use almost a month later. Bought the strings online during the Easter break and they were there in a few days.
Couldn't ask for any more than that!

Strings and tuner arrived within three days. Tuner helpfully overwrapped in bubble wrap. A little unnecessary, but a nice thoughtful touch. It showed care and concern that it would get to me in one piece. It did.

Great customer service and great product
Acousticcentre sent off my hiscox case very quickly. They even called me check which day i would prefer for delivery.
Unfortunately the case received a slight ding during the shipment and arrived damaged. Hiscox cases are incredibly sturdy and i am sure a lesser case would have been severley damaged by whatever happened during transit.
I contacted acousticcentre to let them know and they were extremely quick, thorough and professional to rectify the problem. They arranged TNT to come and pick up the damaged case at a time that would suit me, and sent out a new case as quickly a possible.
These things happen, but the way acousticcentre handled the problem showed that they are a company that truly care about their customers. This is why they deserve 5 stars.
