In the 4 plus years I've been buying and trading with this company I've never had anything go wrong ! They are, without doubt, in my 30 plus years of working with music stores, the best in the business. I live in a regional area but I feel like I live next door to them ! Their knowledge, communication skills, transaction processing and sheer helpfullness is unrivaled in my experience. Always my first port of call when looking for something guitar related and they are all so friendly ! Can't speak highly enough of this team, just superb.

Ive been looking for a pair of Taylor pickups for ages and Ive contacted many Taylor dealers along the way and been pretty much ignored until sending off an email to the Acoustic Centre. They got on to it straight away and within two weeks from the original email the pickups arrived at my door. In these days of indifferent and dodgy service I cant praise the team at Acoustic Centre enough and I'll certainly be dealing with them into the future.
