I bought a Bulgari ring from this auction house, which was advertised as authentic, but it turned out to be fake. Communication with the seller was frustrating - I had to call several times to arrange collection, and the courier came three times before it was resolved. They also packed the ring in a plastic bag instead of an envelope as requested. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this seller/auction house. Be careful when buying high-end products here!

A Nightmare situation. A watch brought through auction transpires to be a replica. No refund forthcoming, constant dismissal of my concerns despite having the watch inspected thoroughly and independent confirmation of the watch being fake. From start to finish the situation has been a nightmare.

Plenty of opportunities to rectify but simply ignored.

Be Wary, even as a watch dealer you can get caught out buying via auction as is the case with this company.
