The worst delivery company in Cyprus
The worst delivery company in Cyprus by far.
They came to my building to deliver a parcel, got out of the car and walked to the door, didn't bother to buzz the flat, and left an "urgent notice" that they were unable to deliver.
Had they attempted to actually deliver, they would have succeeded, as I would have let them in.
Furthermore, they are unreachable by phone, which is probably due to the fact that they are aware of their inability (or in this case unwillingness) to carry out the one service they offer, and would rather not have to deal with customer complaints.
After 14 days still no sign of packet !
I send a small and Light packet from Rhodes to Holland on 28thnof January, costs 53 euro!!, after now 14 days the package still is not delivered..no messages, no track and trace. I would not use again!

CS is a bit difficult to reach on the phone as you need to request a call back. They did call me back, Mrs. Silia, so polite and kind. She should get a raise.

There is no way to contact them. they never deliver on time. Items are missing. Avoid at all costs.
Zero service
So many times it happened that we got a message from ACS that our package was delivered in Pylos. After a 14 km ride we have to face an impolite attitude from all of the individuals who are present behind the desk.
Stupid argument for not delivering at our house is that we are not on an official road. We life directly at the former national road. Epar. Odos Methoni- Evangelismos.
Why is the mainoffice not taking any action after soooo many negative reviews??

Biggest problem is the HR hiring thiefs
Biggest problem is the HR hiring such incompetent and thieving kleptomaniac subjects for delivering parcels. First of all, the ones delivering to your door are problematic, 90% of the times not ringing the bell, not phoning, just leaving the parcel to strangers in the building. And the 10% of the time they just say they came to the address so the system texts me to go pick up after being absent, although I have been waiting and no one rang the bell or tried to find me. Not even a paper notice on the door..
And secondly, the ones that deliver parcels to ACS Smartpoint Lockers are used to stealing stuff from parcels. It has been a few times where the parcel is ripped apart and then put into a locker. Then I go pick up and I see a mess with items missing from my orders..
Totally unacceptable quality of services. Imagine that Elta is closing because ACS wants to take over... ACS has the worst reviews in any platform among all courier companies.
It should be studied on how tf such a company everyone hates is still operational.. Ah let me guess.. They have strong ties with the current party which also has strong ties with the German mafia of Siemens and friends that acquired a big part of ACS..

Avoid ACS at ALL COSTS. they loose your parcels, customer service never answers the phone, no follow up emails with information about your shipment. You’re just left in a goose chase trying to find things out yourself!

Except the big delay they also didn't delivery the parcel at home. They left it in a locker in another area... I've tried to contact them many times, by chatting with the bot ,by calling them .No response. Next time that I'll see ACS as delivery option I'll not buy

Worst Courrier in Cyprus. Item arrived and cleared by customs more than two weeks ago and they are still waiting to collect and deliver it. It included games for my kids that ‘Santa’ was not able to give them.

The worst experience I have ever had with a courier. Instead of delivering package to the specified address, they delivered package to one of their lockers and given that I was not able to pick-it up from there and was unable to contact the help desk to have the package delivered to the specified address (contacted them five times and was on hold for longer than 15 minutes without anyone answering), they returned the package to the sender!.
They said "we didn't find you" but never tried to find me
I got a message on Viber saying that my delivery would be between 11.30am-12.30pm. Exactly 2 minutes later the phone rang ONCE and shut. I called back and it was ACS calling center telling me that "the courier didn't find you". I asked how is that possible when I am at the address waiting and then I went downstairs to see if he had left a note. Ofcourse there was no note and they said I can go pick the package from their local office. Meanwhile they gave me the wrong address of the local office never said WHEN the package would arrive at the local office and when I complained they sent me an automated message that said that next expected availability for my package is 02 Jan 2026. I called them back and they confirmed I could pick the package up today but no standard hour was given. Overall dissappointing experience, they do not even bother trying to hand over packages they just do the obligatory 1 ring "call" which 99.9% of people will not have time to answer and then the package goes back and forth. I ordered a book for which I had explicitly requested delivery to my home on January 8, a service that I also paid for. Today, I was informed by the courier company that, due to increased traffic during this period (nice easy excuse which however doesn't apply in my case because I asked a delivery on the 8th January), the parcel will be delivered to a locker instead of my address. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened with this specific courier.
They consistently deliver extremely bad services and is a strong reason to change suppliers if the use ACS a courier.
