Our new foldable trollies have enabled many staff to move lots of materials around campus. No more lugging heavy boxes or making your shoulders round carrying bags and bags of stuff.

Goods arrived earlier than expected and they managed to get 2 orders delivered at the same time. No instructions were included but they emailed me a copy straight away when I phoned customer services. Would highly recommend them.

Thought the product was just what I needed. Very reasonable price compared with other sites such as Amazon. Also no delivery charge and arrived within 2 days. Excellent.

Bought a three-position trolley from the firm to dodge the traditional heavy lifting in the garden. Company is new to me but the product looked good online. Turned out to be a spiffing piece of kit, well-made and finished and the work of a moment to shift from one set-up to another.. Reasonable price. Order tracked efficiently and delivered swiftly. If only all online purchases were as straightforward!

I needed a storage unit quickly but the lead time with most companies was at least 3 weeks.

I contacted Action Storage to explain my requirements. Someone rang me back shortly after to confirm that they had spoken to production and were able to get one made for very quickly. The cabinet arrived even sooner that I thought and was well packaged. The cabinet is well built and looks the part. Thanks Action Storage.

An issue with some smaller components missing from the consignment was dealt with without any quibble over the phone and the parts arrived the next day. The shelving is as described, easy to assemble and fit for purpose.

The storage shelving was great looking and easy to put together and the end sections came ready made, so just had fit the supports and shelving! Even you could do it!!

I needed some shelves pretty fast and after lots of research found out Action Storage could deliver this particular product faster than everyone else and at a better price too. When I contacted them about needing the shelves pretty fast, they immediately got back to me to confirm that would be fine. I was very happy with the service and would definitely buy from Action Storage again.

After a marketing flaw and slow delivery on an order, action storage quickly put things right. Would deal with again!

Received great product and in good time. However parcelforce damaged the item. It was replaced in very quick time, outstanding!
