The racking is fine, and assembly straightforward. However, having been told when delivery was due (with a wide time window) so I arranged to be at home, I was telephoned on the day to say it had not been dispatched, and would be arriving the following day, which it did. So, a day disrupted. Also,it was not possible to arrange for it to be left in a safe place if I was out, as it had to be signed for.

Their catalogue is really useful. Sure to find the product you're looking for.

The trolley was a present to my daughter to help her carrying heavy bags in the garden. It arrived within 2 days and is perfect for the job. It's solid and well made and folds down for easy storage. It wasn't too expensive andw we're very pleased.

Delivery spot on the date I requested. Help over the phone was good (Brian) and he emailed instructions promptly - within minutes (these had been omitted from the shipment). Shelving seems fine, except the clips are poor and often fall out - and, anyway, don't serve any purpose that I can see. I found fitting the shelf support cross pieces on to the hooks was tricky until I opened up the hooks required in advance.

Items arrived punctually and not damaged. The packaging had all come apart though, and it was fortunate that the racking was not damaged. Perhaps down to rough handling by the courier company?

After searching the net for this product came across action storage. Much cheaper than everyone else and just what I was looking for. Placed order had excellent communications and a really speedy delivery. Great value for money would recommend to anyone

This was a very easy website to use and once the choice was made it was relatively easy to place an order. What was most impressive was the speed that it was delivered. The shelving really was very easy to assemble and the instructions easy to follow.

The delivery was on time and the package was undamaged. Thank you for a very efficient and easy to use site.

We had to fit the trolley together. I have dont this before with 'Micon' frames, but these were badly fitting and difficult to construct. It could have been damaged in transit, but we needed to use it immediately so engineered to fit.

If a product is ordered online and a 3 day delivery is accepted, waiting 30 days is totally out of order.
Sorry but "we havn't any in the warehouse" isn't acceptable, if it's not available then no order should be processed and no money debited untill the goods are available.

Made arrangements in good time to recive the items at home. Didn't arrive as promised and then delivered two days later and left on front door step.
The last order had similar problems.

I ordered a blue wheelie bin, which came exactly when they said it would, top notch service.

I have always been wary of buying products online but in this case the goods I received were exactly what I was expecting, the price was right and I received the items in record time.

The trolley I ordered is fine very happy with it. Thats the good news now for the bad.
Because I live on the Isle of Wight I was asked to pay an extra £16 for delivery. I have had dozens of items delivered to me from the mainland at no extra cost so am not about to start paying that sort of surcharge.

The matter was resolved by having the item delivered to my brother in Southampton without the surcharge and I picked it up from him when visiting.

Since then however some colleagues of mine ordered the same item to be delivered to the Island and there was no surcharge so maybe this issue is now resolved.

I have ordered a flat pack cupboard - the staff was very helpful, the product was well package and quick delivery, and even better, it was free P&P! Thank you very much!
