Paul at Action Hobbies truly exceeded expectations!I inquired about modifying a rifle I intended to buy into a single-shot format. He not only recommended the optimal approach but also offered to perform the conversion before shipping it. Before dispatch, he phoned to explain the modifications made and shared some tips for operating it in its new setup.Although I encountered some issues upon receiving it, Paul, with my consent, called me at 9 p.m. to help troubleshoot. The following day, we spent several hours on a video call while he walked me through the gearbox to identify and resolve the problem.I've never experienced such commitment and exceptional customer service from any other retailer. Action Hobbies will definitely be my go-to for future purchases!

Bought a golden eagle lmg long and it's perfect great service FPS is amazing and good service taking the FPS down I would recommend them to any one for Airsoft shipping was a bit of a wait but worth it as action hobbies can't control that 5 star

Fantastic experience and brilliant customer service experience to. So I was looking for a specific airsoft M4 MK18 by E&C. After searching and contacting a few retailers with no joy I came across Action Hobbies and contacted Paul.
I have to say Paul went out of his way to help and after a few emails he found the model I was looking for and after checking availability and making double sure everything was correct he had it shipped in specially.
Communication and the customer service was top notch and even kept me upto date with my shipment.
Paul's knowledge and experience is simply the best I've came across in the airsoft community and I highly recommend Action Hobbies for all your airsoft needs.
I've found my go to retailer and will be making further purchases.

Right, long one but so worth it.

I was after a KWA TK45C for a while and slowly came to realise that they were discontinued. I found one on action hobbies and thought great! I ordered it on the Friday and waited until Monday, where I thought I'd call the store to double check it was in stock. Paul answered and I asked if the RIF was truly in stock. Unfortunately, Paul said he was just about to ring me and tell me it was an error and it was actually out of stock.

This is where my mind was blown: Paul said because he didn't like letting people down, he would see if he could order one from abroad and get it in! The only issue being it was the under powered version due to Italian power laws. Paul offered to order the replacement parts and fit them for me. As I thought I was tech savvy enough, having done some of my own RIFs, I told him I'd try myself. Paul offered his assistance, and even when I struggled, offered to give me a call on the phone in the evening (well past the stores closing time and with my permission) to sort it out! That is dedication.

I'm in the middle of doing my own upgrades but the service from Paul and Action Hobbies has been amazing. If I ever decide to get some more gear, I will definitely being ordering again. You actually get treated like a friend rather than a customer, but with all the professionalism kept in. Amazing, cheers Paul.

Paul at Action Hobbies went above and beyond!

Asked about converting a rif I was about to purchase to single shot. He advised on best way to do it and offered to do it for me before shipping out. He gave me a call before posting advising me what was done and some tips for using it in current configuration.

I did have some issues when I received it but Paul called me at 9pm (with my permission) to try and diagnose the issue and the next day we spent a couple of hours video calling as he guided me through parts of the gearbox to find the fault and fix the problem.

Never had this level of dedication and customer service from any retailer before. I will be coming to Action Hobbies first for any future purchases!

Back in November i played a back-order for a honey badger AM-through Action Hobbies which arrived as soon as possible, The guys at action hobbies were fantastic at sourcing the rifle and kept me well informed throughout the journey

Upon arrival I attempted to remove the barrel as i planed to added some air tech studio barrel extension kits, but unfortunately the barrel was cross threaded by the manufacture being "Ares".

I ended up causing several deep groove scratches and i was absolutely gutted by, I got in contact with the guys at Action Hobbies and there customer service was superb, they called me within just a few hours of my email, suggested several different methods in which they could assist and repair the damage I had caused and after a few weeks and also contact with Ares we were able to get replacement parts sent out free of charge, I want to thank the guys at Action Hobbies for all of the effort they shown to make sure my dream Honey Badger became a reality, I am super happy with it!

I highly recommend Action Hobbies to any air soft'ers looking for new guns or equipment!

Amazing service! Called up yesterday to see if they had an item i was after in stock and what the chances are that if they had it, it could get sent out and delivered by the weekend. They had one left and the courier hadn't collected the days orders yet, so whilst i placed the order on the site, Paul rushed around getting it packaged so it could get sent out the same day with the rest. This was about 3pm yesterday and Parcelforce delivered it at 8am this morning. Cannot recommend these guys enough
