This shop is one I keep going back to,never let me down and I've had some cracking deals from the boneyard as well as new pistols.Paul will go out on a limb for you and even just chat about anything you want to know.I only generally use a handful of dealers and Action Hobbies is always one of them.5 star service 👍😉

The customer service is second to non at Actionhobbies, Paul is absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable extremely helpful.
I placed an order and was told it would take about a week as it had to come from a supplier, I received it within the week.
You can’t go wrong with actionhobbies, buy with confidence.

i purchased a raven G 18 from these guys after bothering them quite a lot for advice .

Words fail me on how great this place is, Paul is an absolute hero, no matter how big or small your problem is he will sort it and always with a smile. Fantastic prices and the products are spot on too. The amount of knowledge Paul has about everything to do with airsoft is just amazing. I know I wont be shopping anywhere else. Turn around on delivery and any repairs undertaken are quick and always right.

I am not an airsoft participant, so this company is not somewhere I would normally have shopped from, but a bargain was spotted! However, the main reason I write this review is in relation to the interaction not the product. Amazing delivery speed! Ordered lunchtime and delivered within 24hrs. Outstanding service in a world where the standard is already high.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Paul responds to any queries I may have in a very timely manner. Even when I bombard him with emails asking little questions. He is also very happy to chat over the phone and explain anything and everything if needed. I made a recent purchase from a recommendation of his and I am very pleased with it. 10/10.

Excellent service, had an issue with payment was called by the owner and sorted instantly, have made two different orders both received in excellent condition and sooner than expected, overall very pleased with action hobbies they have out done themselves with service and customer care

I ordered a specific airsoft gun that needed to be imported with Saturday delivery. David called me to confirm I had ordered the right version (I hadn't and he corrected it) and let me know it would take some time to come in but assured me it wouldn't take long.

The gun game within 2 weeks and on a Saturday before my game, which was fantastic.

Great service, communication and knowledge. Will definitely be using the store again, and recommending to friends!

The showroom may not be large and it may not be the most epic company in the world. Yet the staff are incredibly helpful and guided me through the purchase process, the staff even went out of their way to find weapons and pointed out which weapons in their stock not to go for. Would highly recommend this store to anyone who is passionate about airsoft.

Always get a good service from ActionHobbies. Airsoft retailers in the UK are often like pulling teeth however AH has always been reliable. Good range of products (that are actually in stock!) and decent prices.

Action Hobbies has a good range of stock at decent prices. The website works well, and the shop is a pleasure to visit. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too. Overall I'd recommend it for new and experienced airsoft players alike.
