The site was unintuitive, and I was never able to find my server in game.

The technical support Is very nice and they dont faje much yo answer back emails.

The only problem Is that no one was able to fix my problema, It was a minor issue.

With the useless Dayz expansion coming into it's own the staff at Active were awesome in helping me sort out all the issues that the expansion caused.

It was not easy at all to navigate how to set up the server with all the different options. It was not easy to find help to set up the server. They claim it's super easy to get set up but it's really not, especially for someone who's not used to extra technical jargon.

They have good support. I was having trouble with a Dark & Light server, and asked to switch to Conan Exiles. Their support was nice, and they let me switch to another server type without hassle and charge.

Their servers were also responsive and worked to my satisfaction.

For 7DtD, this is a pretty solid server host. There were a few minor issues that couldn't be resolved--however compared to my last server host, ActiveGameHost servers are a blessing; I no longer get random disconnection issues.
The control panel is user friendly, I do wish there were more guides on their site though. Also, their friendly support staff usually respond pretty fast depending on the time and day so that's a plus.
Some of the addons are a little pricey, but I was suggested by their support that it's only needed for high populated servers. Give em' a go if you're interested, you don't have much to lose as they offer a 3 day refund policy (as I was told).

Great server pings and performance. I have many UK players on my server with lower ping times than UK based servers.

I wish I had a bit more access to the files to edit my configs and mods.

Customer service is great. Cheerful and knowledgable staff who are willing to help.

Great prices for services and addons.
