When it came to delivery Marianela was once again on top of every detail and made sure that we had nothing to worry about each step of the way.

The installer who came out to build the set, Henrikas, was professional, friendly, and fast! He clearly knew all the details of what needed to be done, and was focused on making sure that the build was sturdy, safe and correct.

Excellent service from Marianela who gave sound advice when selecting a climbing frame for our area. We settled on the Blue Rabbit beach tower which arrived promptly with extra ground anchors sent out to us free of charge. We won’t hesitate on returning to Active Garden when we are ready to add further add ons to the climbing frame. I know my daughter will have lots of enjoyment for years to come.

This is a good company for play equipment. I spent a while on the internet deciding who we would use for a children's climbing frame and chose Active Garden due to their good communication and customer service. Marianela was great and we would definitely buy from them again.

Fantastic team, we so happy with our playground combo. From first contact Marianela was fantastic and very helpful throughout the planning process, especially making some tweaks for my special needs child.
The delivery came on time and was hassle free. As is was a big twin tower combo we decided to have it built for us by Henri on the team. He was fabulous, worked through the recent heatwave like a trooper and had it up in what seemed like no time. Our son absolutely loves it and we are thrilled. Highly recommended, thanks again.

From the moment I had the first query, to the point of delivery, Marianela was always really helpful, and quick to respond to any queries we had. The climbing frame has arrived in under 2-weeks and is currently awaiting construction. It looks to be good quality and I am sure we will have a very happy boy once it is built :-)
