After doing lots of research on climbing frames I discovered active garden.
I have 4 children ranging from
3-11 years so was looking for a climbing frame suitable for them
All.
I spoke to Marianela at active garden who couldn’t have been more helpful. She advised me of the range of climbing frames that were suitable and advised me what would be best with the garden that I have.
Following this I ordered the climbing frame and arranged a day for
It to be delivered. This was kept to with no issues or problems.
I then arranged for the climbing frame
To be constructed through active garden.
Henrikas Was then booked in for two days to construct the frame. Henrikas Updated me whilst on route to our home and built our climbing frame in 2 days. (What a hard worker he was hardly stopped for a break)

As a family we couldn’t be happier with the service that active garden provided. The climbing frame looks fantastic and the quality is amazing. Family and friends havent stopped commenting on it.
My children have been on the climbing frame since it was installed and absolutely love it.

Exceptional customer service. Slight delay in order for swing hangers from Germany due to Brexit. Regular updates received and alternative options suggested. Swing hangers and seats arrived when advised. Good quality and kids love their new swings.

Thank you very much to everyone. I needed a sturdy swing for my 19 year old autistic boys. I did a lot of research and so pleased I chose active garden. Marianela helped me choose the sturdiest swing and Henri came to install. It's rock solid and the boys are so happy. Henri was very helpful and offered to come back and adjust if needed. All in all, fantastic service, communication and workmanship. Two happy chaps.

I order play rubber chippings for a swing area in our garden. Exceptional value for money. I was well informed about delivery and the added bonus it turned up a day ahead of schedule.

I would definitely recommend Active Garden. Marianela was really helpful when choosing the climbing frame as I wanted to alter things on the blue rabbit belvedere, such as swapping the ladder for a ramp with a rope, bespoke sandpit lid that turned into little benches for the kids, and lots of accessories. Marianela kept me posted by text and email about the delivery, and how many parcels would arrive. When it was delivered I could see it was great quality. We then had there installer Henri put it together for us, he was really friendly and put it together so quickly, he even adjusted the ramp with extra steps at our request on the day to make it more use able for our toddler. I will definitely be using them again for any module extras we may want in the future.

This would have been a 4 star rating as the soft surface rubber tiles are good quality and the sales lady was very helpful, but the supplier was let down by the delivery company. Although the first delivery was made within the time agreed the tiles delivered first time were the wrong colour and a redelivery was arranged promptly.

The climbing frame is fantastic and perfect for our children with special educational needs. The children have all been on it so much and the staff are loving it too. It's great to have something so robust, in fitting with our outside area and to know it has all been assessed as safe is reassuring too. The design was beyond our expectations and we really appreciated how we were able to adapt and tweak it until it was 100% perfect and also within our tight budget. What an amazing company with such fantastic communication and so much patience! The end result is ideally suited to our children's needs and I'm sure we will come back to Active Garden with future projects. The wet pour also looks fantastic and it was wonderful to have the area all ready to use again the very next day. We would highly recommend Active Garden to other schools and specialist settings as they really listen to individual needs. Super happy :)

Fabulous service from start to finish, Marianela could’ve have been more helpful. We now have a wonderful play area for our Grandchildren.
