6 Sigma Green belt

I recently completed a course with Acudemy and had a very positive experience. The course was thorough, well-structured, and covered the material in real depth. Our trainer, Gillian, was extremely knowledgeable and clearly very experienced in the subject. She didn’t just prepare us to pass the exam, she equipped us with practical tools and insights that are genuinely applicable in different environments.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking not only to gain certification but also to develop skills they can confidently apply in their day-to-day work.

CMI Level 5 Diploma, Leadership & Management

Just completed the CMI level 5 diploma in Leadership & Management. I can honestly say, I would not have managed this course without the support received from the team at Acudemy.

Effective Learning with Minor Support Delays

I recently completed a course with Acudemy and had a positive experience overall. The instructors were knowledgeable and engaging, making complex topics easier to understand. The course materials were comprehensive and well-organized, which helped me stay on track throughout the program.

The only area for improvement would be the responsiveness of customer support, as there were a few times when I had to wait longer than expected for a reply. However, this did not significantly impact my learning experience.

Very poor self-paced e-learning course

Very poor self-paced e-learning course for CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership.

The content is clearly stitched together from other sources, with evident directly copy-pasted text (so obvious that there was even a text about downloading someone's free eBook), several grammar and syntax errors, and randomly selected YouTube videos that have not been produced by this training provider.

In addition, there are a number of parts where the content does not correspond to the relevant assignment task.

Lastly, despite the CMI providing the ability to select combinations of different units that are tailored to the learner's own development needs and interests, this training course covers only a single pre-determined combination of units.

Payroll Course - 4 day

Payroll Course - 4 day
Really disappointed with the 2 days of payroll theory. I do not feel like I have learnt much - especially not enough to be able to start doing payroll in my work place (which was the point of doing this course). It was very fast paced and a lot of information is covered in a short space of time.
The tutor came across very abrupt and when I would ask a question I felt like it was more of a chore for him to answer, so stopped in the end.
I would say this course is not for beginners but people who need to top up or refresh their knowledge.
I had the same problem with the sage training and ended up leaving the zoom call and following the step to step booklet that was provided by the company.
The tutor did come across rude and this made it difficult to stay engaged and motivated.
I have now booked myself onto a different course and hopefully that will be more successful.

We are sure that our course advisor did go through the different aspects of the course. Two of every important questions we ask our leads before signing up is to see if they are good at numbers and have an accounting/finance background.

Acudemy has been delivering Payroll courses for more than 8 years now and we can reassure you that this is one of our best-selling course on a monthly basis. The same trainer has been delivering the payroll course over the years with updated course material every year, be it to a classroom, closed session or on-site delivery with much appreciation from the delegates.

It would have been reasonable to speak to us first rather to leave the session. The team tried to contact you several but in vain. This did not help you neither to complete our online assessment .We would have organised a 1:1 session on a different day to go through all unclear information and any particular question.

We like informing clients that if an issue happens, we are fully committed to resolving it for them.

Facebook for business online course

Wanted to share my experience of taking an online course with Acudemy. The course was made in a systematic way as to make you complete the course successfully.

Each module comprised of a quizz which one had to complete to go to the next level, also I was awarded a certificate at the end of the course which gave more value to it. This helped to use Facebook as a tool for my business. Good team support as well.

Good course and stuctire

I had this training in the beginning of April. Previously I had no experience in accounting or payroll. These 2 days have me a lot of knowledge. That was really helpful.

Helpful Course / Good tutor

It was a great 2-day course.The tutor was helpful and knowledgeable. The content of the course was vey useful however I felt that there wasn't enough practice on using sage payroll. Overall I have gained some knowledge and would recommend it.
