I love ordering tea from this website. It's been a treat picking out different flavors and I really like this company. They do a great job with their services. I like that you can order samples of flavors you want to try and they also throw in little surprises in your orders sometimes which is very nice. I've been ordering from them for almost a year and am hooked. I love my teas from Adagio!

I have been buying from Adagio Tea for years now. I am very happy with my experience there. They have great loose tea . Running all of the different types and flavors. Prices are good.

Wonderful varieties of teas- black, green, white and herbal with combinations that are great for the senses... smell as well as taste. I do wish there were midsize bags (8oz) rather than just 3 and 16. I bought the advent calendar to give as gifts and they were wonderfully received.

This is a great company, they are right on top of it and ready to help you at any point. We have been buying tea from the for many years and NEVER had a problem. Check them out you be very happy

Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any desire to help take care of new customers when they make a mistake. They added four samples to my order instead of the one that I selected and refused to credit me I will not return as a customer.

I made several orders and my experience was great; the teas arrived well packaged and were all of excellent quality, in fact I gladly returned to order. Even the small sample tin are full and they last quite long. The teas of the various fandoms are nice and excellent gift ideas. The only downside is that, living in Italy, I have to incur significant shipping costs and customs taxes. However, for the quality and uniqueness of the teas, which I would not find elsewhere, it is worth it.

I’ve been using adagio tea for years. Quality is always fresh and excellent. Order is always correct. Tea ships super fast. Good rewards program and sales. Monthly “communitea” is a great way to taste and comment on the same teas at the same time with many other tea lovers. Adagio has outstanding staple teas and *highly* inventive blends. I am never bored and always buy more than I intended. Now, they also have spices, coffees, and tea making supplies. I don’t know how customer service is because I’ve never had a problem!!

I absolutely LOVE your teas… I got so many the first time that they lasted me forever, because I just could NOT make up my mind on just a few. lol.

I'm a member of the Adagio teas 'communitea' group - where we have the privilege AND FUN ! of tasting a new tea each month. The group chats and discusses and it can be amusing and quite hilarious to read the different comments.
Adagio always gives full value with samples and it's a real treat and pleasure to drink the teas!

I can't recommend this place enough! Okay, I truly believe in shopping local and supporting the little tea shops near me first and most of all. But, this place is the go-to for stocking up on favorites and exploring teas you probably aren't ready to spend a lot of money on. Find the teas that you rely on. For me, that is Sencha, Gyrokura, and Diamond Phoenix Pearls. Get a full pack of these teas. (4 oz for Sencha and Gyrokura and 3 oz for the Pearls) Then, check out the samples. Often, you can find samples that are significantly discounted. When you find a sample of a blend you've never tried for $1.40 or so, get it. You might discover something new. Then, go through the types and try things you've never tried. So much fun and you'll save loads of money! (often 50% or more!) Finally, head out to your local tea shop and pick up an affordable pack or two of your favorites to support them. You'll love your journey of tea exploration!

This tea company is determined to please. I was thrilled that they enclosed many tea samples that are absolutely delicious and a surprise treat. I trust no other tea companies, Adagio Teas are determined to exceed all expectations.
