What you can improve on is who you are…

What you can improve on is who you are using for couriers ,as for years I've been able to buy furniture from you and have it delivered to my country are no problem ,but now they will not deliver to Foster south gippsland 3960 ,I'm sorry but you are missing out on alot of sales from country people, and more to the point don't seem to care anymore about your loyal customers ,I find it very dissapointing

Received my online order for a mug that…

Received my online order for a mug that was full price. It has a mark inside of it already, obviously dirty and I’m not sure if someone has used this item and returned it. Disgusting service from Adairs.

No stock , no refund.

On 25 Sept placed an order for 3 cushions $179.52. Monies were paid . On 3 Oct got a generic email to say no longer available monies will be returned in 3 working days. Here we are 8 working days later and no refunds. I have emailed twice , no response. Tried calling no answer. Next stop Fair Trading Qld.

Great service and delivery

I must be in the minority after reading so many bad reviews but I am really pleased with my in store ordering experience from Adairs, Ocean Keys, WA. The lovely staff member was so chatty and helpful. I ordered my new bedhead for delivery and when it arrived 6 days later (14 Oct 2024), the lovely delivery man John was so helpful. He unpacked it, put it in place and took away all the packaging. A very good experience for me👍

After sales service is shocking

After sales service is shocking, slow turn around on delivery, for an Australian based company I am so disappointed, I am currently waiting for a dispatch date after a week, tried to request a refund so I could go in store and pick items manually. But somehow it has progressed too far, even though I haven’t got a notice of dispatch?
All I can say is never again.

Very slow delivery

As others have noted, it takes quite a long time to ship the product, and from there the consumer has to wait a long time for it to reach them again. If I had known this before I bought the product, I would not have bought it from adairs.

Adairs failed to investigate dangerous candle

I received a lovely scented candle as a gift, unfortunately the glass casing was not heat resistant and caused damage to my white kitchen benchtop. I contacted Adairs with photos, to alert them to the fact they are selling dangerous candles. Instead of taking the time to investigate and rectify the faulty candles they chose to claim I hadn’t used the candle correctly!
I strongly advise to stay away from Adairs candles as they may cause damage and Adairs is not prepared to take precautions to ensure the safety of their customers

IT'S IN THE BAG - NOT!

Second attempt to purchase bulky items and be able to carry them out! Asked for a bag such as the one provided by other linen shops. No deal. No bags big enough and the small ones you need to purchase.

SO RUDE! AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service experience from Sharon at the camberwell store yesterday and today! I usually experience great customer service from most of the stores, but not this time. I was after an item that the camberwell store had in stock and I wanted to make a purchase via phone/link which I have done so before at other stores at around 4pm. Sharon was rude and would not send the link and said it was too late in the day. This item was the last of the stock that's around and she held the item and price for me but I had to go out of my way and make arrangements for me to have time to physically go into store the next day. When I purchased this item she would not let me use my linen lovers voucher even though the purchase was over $50 (which was the minimum requirement). Overall a terrible experience and I will never be going to the camberwell store again or be renewing my linen lovers ever again! All I wanted to do was purchase something and I should not have encountered such a horrible experience!

Slowest despatch & delivery known to…

Slowest despatch & delivery known to man!! I won’t be ordering online again that’s for sure. I ordered baby gifts for a baby shower that’s already been and gone so I had to go out & purchase more items. I have another baby shower this weekend that I could utilise the gifts for and it’s looking like it won’t arrive by then either! Ridiculous,

Got a gift voucher for Mother’s Day

Got a gift voucher for Mother’s Day, was so excited even spent another $200, that was 13/5 and it’s now 27/5, I’ve emailed and even sent a message on instagram with an absolutely don’t care response. Do not order online I’m having massive regrets and thinking of cancelling my order

Inept, unprofessional and incompetent

Called up to speak with a team member regarding an online order and was greeted by a rude woman who hung up on me. I’d placed an order over a week ago and received zero response from Adairs and was wondering where my tracking number was. She said “it hasn’t been dispatched yet”and I said “on an order made over a week ago?” And her response was “yeah we’re busy”. Um okay Adairs, you’re not a small business, you definitely should be able to fill orders in a timely manner. Then told me I should expect to be waiting at least another week and hung up. I had started to ask her about another enquiry and midway through talking she literally hung up the phone. I had to purchase a Linen Lovers membership with my order, and have not received a confirmation email regarding the membership number, so if I want to purchase again from Adairs I will have to call customer service again to track down my membership number. Considering how poor my experience was this time around, I doubt I’ll ever shop there again.

Henna doona cover is pilling

I bought a Henna doona cover online. The product is not good quality. It's pilling and looks very old when I have had it for under 6 months. Adairs customer service are saying this is fair wear and tear and I didn't follow instructions for use. It's a doona cover not a tv! I haven’t had this problem with doona from other brands. Very disappointed and won't use Adairs again.

Absolute worst online ordering service

Absolute worst online ordering service. Waited over a month for a sheet set. Only responded when prompted. Then after another week received a generic email to say due to a technical error the sheets were no longer available. So in actual fact they allowed me to purchase an item that was most likely already out of stock. Lift your game Adairs. Disgusting effort. From now on will go to Bed Bath n Table first.

Would not accept Paypal

Tried ordering and they would not accept PAYPAL, quickly got off that app. Probably a scam.

Absolutely terrible online ordering…

Absolutely terrible online ordering system -four weeks later and three phone calls and I finally have the item that was supposed to be shipped within three to five days. Don’t try sending in an email to enquire where your order is either - it’s up to seven working days for a response - and four weeks later I’ve never even received a response to my email. I ended up calling and was told I’d be receiving a phone call back to follow up on where my order is - and never received that either. I had to them call back. Save yourself the stress and don’t order with Adair’s online. What a terrible system with very, very poor customer service. I’ll never shop there again.

Ordered a bedhead 1month ago

Ordered a bedhead 1month ago. Still have not received it, no updates to the tracking since the 9/11. Adairs don’t care, barely reply even after trying their website, social media. The tracking company seem more empathetic and it’s not even there product. I will Absolutley never ever order from this store online again. Absolute BS and disgraceful customer service.!

Your customer service is terrible

Your customer service is terrible. No return calls and you’ll have a response in 48 hrs that never happens is a joke. Looking at all the reviews on trustpilot I can see I am not the only one that has experienced this. You would think with this many negative reviews they would do something about it!
