I would like to thank Selen at homebush DFO for all the help and attention she gave me. I called the store in the morning and she was happy to assist with my enquiry. Going to the store 2 hours later, Selen went above and beyond with my questions and purchase. Thank you sooo much again.

I now realise why Adairs do not have a customer review page on their webpage like other online/retail companies. If there was, I would never of placed an order with them.
Placed the Order 6 April 2022, contacted them a couple of times and still waiting 22 May 2022.
This is the worst online experience…
This is the worst online experience I've had. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and there is no sign of my chair being delivered. I've contacted customer service 3 times and no one knows about anything. They are not even able to locate my order or tell me why it hasn't been shipped yet.
I order 2 chairs on the 22 February…
I order 2 chairs on the 22 February 2022, today it is 25. April 2022. There is no trace of the chairs yet. It looks like a scam to me. I will not order anything else online from Adairs. Other companies have also delays but they are still delivering in a reasonable time. They said 14 business days when we put the order in. Look for other retailers online.
Hypocrisy and no hygiene
I was at your store looking at purchasing some bed pillows and was told by the sales lady that there are no returns on pillows due to “ Hygiene “ reasons . I later found out on your website that if I were to purchase a biannual membership that you offer a free take home for one month trial. I find this extremely hypocritical that your store has issues with me purchasing and returning pillows but for a subscription fee I am fully able to do so! So hygiene isn’t really so much of a concern to your store as much as the monetary value is. I am also really shocked that you allow people to trial pillows at all given they have their face and drool all over it for a month and especially concerning is the high rate of Coviid which seems to be completely forgotten about. Then you restock these items back on the shelves and expect customers to purchase a second hand used item with the possibility of lice, coviid or other bodily fluids on it. This is really unacceptable and extremely unhygienic.
Beyond helpful customer service!
I had a bit of trouble with my linen lovers last week and was trying to purchase something, and their customer service was amazing.
I was frustrated initially with the website, but they fixed my issue straight away and went above and beyond to do so. They ended up discounting my item further because the price had dropped since I’d ordered.
Both people I spoke to were helpful and understanding despite me being panicky and frustrated. Especially Cass, so if Adairs are reading this, she’s great.
Purchased and paid for a bedhead online…
Purchased and paid for a bedhead online months ago, still waiting on the product and a response to my calls and emails to the Adairs help centre. I would not recommend Adairs to anyone and would have given no stars if that was possible. Tomorrow I will lodge the matter with cbos.
Can't fault Adairs online
I ordered my quilt cover on 31/12/2021, fully recognising it was a busy time of year. When I received emails on 5/1/22 and again on 11/1/22 apologising for the delay and no real timeframes, I started to worry.
A quick google search and I was convinced I'd said goodbye to my quilt cover and any chance of refund. Reviews from others were far from satisfactory.
I was pleased to receive an email on 13/1/22 saying my goods had been posted but based on other people's experiences, I was still worried that perhaps I'd receive the wrong order.
Either I got lucky or Adairs have lifted their game! Credit where credit is due!

I ordered online in November hoping that it would be delivered before Christmas, the didn’t even ship it till 4 weeks after sale.
They do not answer their emails the only way I got a reply was to post a negative comment on an Instagram post. I still have not gotten my order 7 weeks adhering ordering.
I got an email from customer support today about an item I didn’t even order, so I am still waiting on my product.
Waiting and waiting and waiting
We ordered a set of sheets and doona cover set on the 26th Novemeber (today is 6 December). We have received a number of emails blaming COVID restrictions for the fact that they still haven't dispatched them. It is December 2021 what covid restrictions are left and why do they only seem to be affecting you?
Since we ordered from Adairs (who still haven't even put the items in the post) we have ordered and received two shirts from The UK (that's right, England!). We have ordered, received, returned (due to a fault) and received the replacement large (very large) children's play mat from QLD. We have also ordered and received 6 extra large ceiling fans from VIC.
So why Adairs, do you dare blame COVID for your incompetence when everyone else seems to be dealing with it just fine???
We're calling today to get out money back and just get something from Myer. Don't waste your time people!!

I wish I had read reviews before…
I wish I had read reviews before jumping onto buying a product from this website. I purchased a kids flip out bed Sept 9th, 2021 and it’s hasn’t been shipped yet. It’s now October 24th. I need my refund back.
Deeply disappointing.
Deeply disappointed with the level of manufacture in their Home Republic brand. Not inexpensive to purchase (okay, not exorbitant, but not on the cheap end of things).
Colour of quilt cover doesn't even resemble the promotional images on their Website - I understand that colours can vary due to lighting, but this isn't even a close cousin, the backing material is a course voile (incredibly thin, lightweight, cheap cotton), which I'll frankly be surprised if it lasts more than a couple of months.
Have purchased fitted sheets that have stretched and bagged after a single use.
All in all, the quality is incredibly low. The people in the stores are all very nice, it's certainly not their fault, but the underlying company is producing goods not fit for purpose and charging quite high prices for them.
Will never, ever return and I would advise any potential customers to tread very, very carefully - you will in all likelihood be disappointed with your purchase.
