Received the order, without promotional items

Much like others leaving reviews, I placed an ordered that was supposed to include the item I selected, plus the 4 free gifts offered via a promotion. I’ve received the item I paid for, albeit in a damaged box (not the packaging used for shipping), but the 4 gifts I selected are nowhere to be found. It’s more frustrating given I ONLY placed an order because of the promotion for the 4 gifts.

I ordered something for my friend and…

I ordered something for my friend and it was supposed to be delivered by now but it went from one hour away from her to 2.5 hours away from her. How do you charge different prices for different shipping speeds but after reading reviews and from personal experience you don't deliver on time? I would cancel my order if I could and I will never be buying from Adam & Eve again.

Horrible

Horrible!
They said that I'd have my item on the 3rd, and it's the 8th! I ordered right after Christmas! I understand why there is a 2.2 rating. I won't be ordering from them again!

I'm very upset with the shipping

I'm very upset with the shipping. I paid 14.99 to have it sent in 3 to 5 business days. That was Dec. 21, 2025. Here it is Jan 6, 2026 and no package. I called customer service and got told to wait an extra day or two. Still nothing. I don't understand why they keep using dhl to deliver packages to USPS. I just want my 14.99 back for the expedited shipping cuz clearly it's been too long. Other than that I love the store.

Always a good experience

I have ordered from a&e many times- and I haven't had any bad experiences. Maybe I'm lucky- but I don't it, I am an avid adult toy shopper, I know what quality products are and I typically order higher prices items- on sale because I'm all about the bargain- but ive always gotten what I ordered in the expected time frame

I LOVE every product i get between the free suprise gifts and the 50% of 1 item and free shipping i am satisfied with each purchase and when the package gets to my door im always super excited to open it and try each product highly recommend to try their couples products aswell i got a blind fold and handcuffs and rose pedals spice up my love life in everyway. plus dice that you can roll to make positions and locations interesting each time things get heated love this idea im trying this as soon as my partner gets home!

Folks, please don’t waste your time in order from this company. They have a shipping problem. I ordered a product beforeChristmas to be expedited and still have not received it. Don’t waste your time. Find another company.

It says it has a “Insufficient address”

It says it’s “Insufficient address” I picked it from YOUR options and it matched EXACTLY too my home address stop playing with my money this is why I don’t buy stuff online, send me my package or send me my 41$ EVE I’ll make Adam disappear

Very upset bout shipping

Well, if your the company that ships Adam & eve stuff? You company sucks. I have 2 orders. One I bought on the 28 th of December. It hasn't moved in 5 days. It keeps moving in one building. So....what the hell is the hold up?? 😡 I will never order from you again. I have found another company. Thx for nothing .

Won’t be shopping here anymore

Won’t be shopping here anymore. I thought it would be cute to get some sexy lingerie for my anniversary. Took 8 days to deliver from NC to PA.
In that 8 days I received several 2 day and same day or overnight deliveries from Amazon. That will be my go to for next years anniversary gifts!

Very disappointed customer

I got a message on the 30th saying my product was delivered on the 27th. Still no product. I’ll be reaching out to the company for a refund on my delivery fee and the product fee. The experience of shopping online is made terrible by companies like this.

Very disappointed. Tracking shows delivered but there is nothing at the door, even with a security camera showing nothing

Package arrived completely open in a…

Package arrived completely open in a USPS bag. If it was sealed it was done very poorly as it was open all along the closing seam. The 2 small gift items appeared OK, undamaged and unopened, but the 2 main items were not.
On one, the box was ripped as if someone tried to get into it but couldn't open it without severely damaging the box. The box was in a plastic bag that was not sealed at all. The other was in hard plastic packaging that could be opened and closed again. It also had white residue or markings around the base which is clearly visible through the hard clear plastic.
Also, because the whole thing was completely open it was very embarrassing because a family member picked it up off the porch.

We work very hard to make sure that some of our items are shipped in boxes, versus padded envelopes. I was so disappointed when my night of…

I am updating my previous review due to receiving a product that did not work. Thank you for replacing the product so that I can now give a proper review.
I will say I liked the design and fit and being able to move it to just the right spot was good. But can we take about making these products with less control variables . I was hoping for a more powerful vibration. At least a setting for one. It could be better just like my sex life.
