I placed my order on April 3rd and it has not came yet. The tracking shows it's still in transit to usps so it hasn't gotten to usps yet. This is unacceptable. Never ordering from them again.

Came in time perfect timing but when I got it and opened the box I got from the mail my toy I ordered the box it was in was already opened and the box was broke so I took it out to check it and everything looks good but sadly the base had some oil or what could have been lube on so that was kinda sketchy but other than that super good

Always My Go-To For Adult Fun

They are always running tempting sales and deals on products that are relevant to me. I love that their site educates you on proper sexual health and healthy explorations. They have options for single people, couples, and queer couples!! I love the variety of toys they have. I've shopped here since 2017, and they've only gotten better since then in every way. I have had to call customer service a few times for some (2 out of 20+ over a 10 year period) defective products, and they were always easy to reach, friendly, and ready to help! And when free replacements and returns didn't solve the problem, they offered no hassle refunds for my troubles!! They're products are high quality, long lasting, effective😏, and very well-made. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else for my needs. A loyal customer for life😊

Total trash cheap stuff they send. Then when you want a refund because it’s like complete just junk they make you feel all this warm to do this and do that and it’s like you know what just not even worth it. Just a trashy brand I would stay away and not order anything from these people.

I only rated 1 star because 0 star was not an option. I made an order and paid with the correct shipping and billing address. But they use the Shop app, and it defaulted to an address that I haven't been at for 5 years. I went to the messaging app and was essentially told to F off. They offered no help. I will never use them again
