Absolute joke.

I ordered something a while back, it never showed up. Got in touch with customer service, a very lovely staff member ordered a new one for me, free of charge. The next one also disappears. Get in touch, new person who gave me attitude but it was 2am so fair enough. Got in touch today, explained neither of my orders showed up and while waiting I'd actually fell for a postage scam (not related to this company), the customer service member scolded me saying I was accusing them of scamming, I tried to explain it was nothing to do with them and he said "Fine. We will refund the order total to the method of payment used when the order was placed. Allow 5 business days for the refund to show with the method of payment. Your account with us will be closed. You will; not be able to order from us in the future." This staff member (Brian) was extremely rude and frankly has just made a terrible day worse. I'm fine being banned, I would never order from them again in my life.

Horrible

Horrible! It’s been almost 3 weeks and still haven’t received my package. Talked to someone and was told they would mail another one out but could take 2 weeks. Buy somewhere else

So I ordered a FLESHLIGHT girls Elsa…

So I ordered a FLESHLIGHT girls Elsa Jean-white. AND I paid extra because it said I could get it on Tuesday instead of Thursday. Not only did I not recieve the correct item, but I got it on thursday. Their delivery part is a scam so don’t pay extra to expedite it. The only reason it’s a 2 star and not a 1 is their customer support was good. I told em what I ordered and what I got instead, they said to wait so they could check, minute or two passes then boom items on its way here’s your new order number. So now in roughly 5 days we will see if I get the item I payed for or if it’s another random item.

Awful

Awful. Absolutely awful. I’ve ordered twice from this store and one was with rushed shipping. The literal only item I needed rushed and it was on back order. Ok. Fine. Maybe just a fluke. I ordered again. This time my highest dollar item was cancelled. No email, no text, no call, nothing. Just an updated flag on the tracking page that said “cancelled”. Shipping is AWFUL you wait 2+ weeks to ever even receive the product. I thought with so many influencers backing this company that they were actually worth the money. Turns out money just talks. Awful company, find a different one to order from. Save yourself the headache!!!!! I will never EVER buy from here again and will share my feedback with my friends and family! Do better!
And btw, don’t you dare copy and paste “I’m gonna email you” I do not want to do business with this company any further. Leave me alone.

One of my purchases was open when I opened up the package ir came in. Other than that, everything else is fine. The size of the toy I bought was exactly what I wanted. The other toy was free. Looks fun.
