This is honestly an amazing product, I bought it for my partner who has really needed something to help her and it has turned out to be the best product. She has stopped having headaches and everything else. There are a lot of products out there but I can truly say this is the best one. Highly recommended.

I have been taking these products now for 3 months so have really started to notice the positive impact they are having. My hormones feel more stable and I feel much more grounded, calmer and happier within myself. My PMS symptoms have also vastly improved.

I am about to order my 3rd jar of Freedom. Which I really didn’t expect if I’m honest. Freedom has made a marked difference to many of my menopausal symptoms. Particularly brain fog, lethargy and focus. The more longer I use it the more I see glimmers of my old self.
I have also started using Calm in a hot chocolate before bed which I have also noticed makes a difference to my sleep. Much deeper and less disturbed.

I've been taking Harmony daily for over a year now. With only the odd couple of weeks off but Ive certainly noticed a difference when I'm not taking them.
