They have made such a positive impact on those patients able to indulge by promoting calmness and relaxation. Small comforts like these can truly make a meaningful difference in cancer support care.

Trying Freedom to combat hot flushes in menopause. I have been taking for 6 weeks now and they are defiantly reduced. I am hoping they might be gone after another 6 weeks.

I have been using Focus for almost 2 months now and I definitely feel the benefits. I am more focused and organised during the day which is exactly what I wanted. I use Focus along with Freedom. Both are excellent.

I have almost completely cut out caffeine and sleeping so much better. One star knocked off as can't easily pause or skip subscription so have to cancel and then order as one offs which is more expensive. Easy to fix I hope....

I have used other Lions Mane supplements before and this for me is by far the best. I notice a huge improvement in energy and concentration and can't imagine this not being a part of my daily routine. I’ve been using Freedom for 4 months now and recently started using Focus as well. I love that I can take both together. I usually put them in a smoothie or a mug of hot cacao. I’m definitely noticing a difference using Freedom. My joints are less painful and I feel more balanced during the day. I’ve only just started using Focus but I’m already noticing a difference in my concentration during the day. I’m really enjoying these products.

Peace-This has made such a difference for when my brain just can't switch off. It gently quietens my head and allows me to drift off. I've never been a good sleeper and midlife has not helped. I don't use this nightly as I don't want to get too used to it but when I do, I sleep so much better and I don't wake super early quite as often. If I wake in the night I'm more likely to be able to go back to sleep again. A win from me.

The ladies at adaptogenic Apothecary are fantastic just like their products which are high quality great tasting and not to mention how good we feel taking them. So much so I paused one to try a new one before asking if they could be taken together and noticed a huge difference in the break. We all know there’s a lot of snake oil in the peri/menopause world, so I was really sceptical. But the harmony sachets have made such a difference, I feel more regulated, sleep better and my anxiety is more in check. If I forget to take them I feel ‘off’ again within a day or so, which tells me they’re doing something! Very grateful for this natural approach to mood and hormone regulation - thank you!

I have been surprised by just how well these products really do work! I mix mine in my morning coffee and though the taste does take a little getting used to the results are so worth it.
