Absolutely love this company!

The ladies are so knowledgeable and these little powders should be a regular part of every lady's self-care routine. My personal favourite is Harmony which has really helped me with my cycle awareness and a softening into the 'joys' of perimenopause

To balance hormones, improve sleep quality, improve focus or find more inner calm. They have you covered

I love mixing with my cacao and drinking it as a little ritual, an act of love to myself

I run womens groups and I have been singing their praises to all of my lovely ladies

I’ve been taking the Adaptogenic Apothecary Freedom powder for a little while now and I’m really impressed. It mixes in easily, tastes great, and I feel more balanced and energized throughout the day. Definitely a new staple in my routine!

Always been sceptical about products like this, however since using “Power” I’ve seen a huge change in my mental state, I feel so much more relaxed and able to deal with stressful situations

I ordered Freedom based on an exchange with one of the helpful advisors connected with the brand. I have been suffering from several perimenopause symptoms and was ready to try something new. I received my order and got straight into taking the supplement. My preferred method was via my morning coffee. I was pleased to feel more like 'me' within only 4 days. My mind felt calmer and less chaotic, my mood felt improved and I was sleeping more soundly.

After a couple of weeks I had the unexpected upside if losing 4lbs and my bloated tummy was much less noticeable. I am hoping to add another one of the other products to combat my mid-afternoon energy slump

After many months looking for a decent company I finally found this one. What a gem! So helpful and super generous with some samples for me to try before committing to the full sized products which personally did it for me. After spending many ££££ on products that don’t work or I just can’t tolerate I’ve finally found some that do work.

I was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. The powder I ordered turned out to work for me. Most importantly, I feel better and have more energy. Carefully selected products to meet customer needs .

I purchased Power and Lion’s Mane, which were delivered quickly. They are packaged in gorgeously decorated glass jars. I spoon 7g of Power and 3g of Lion’s Mane straight into my mouth each morning. (I’d rather do this than faff about with smoothies). Power tastes delicious - chocolatey and coconutty - but not artificial or overly sweet. Lion’s Mane is pleasant too. I am an anxious person, whose brain will always find scenarios to worry about. I’m very sensitive to people’s energy, and I often overthink my daily interactions with people. After about 2 weeks of taking Power and Lion’s Mane, I noticed I felt calmer and more chilled. I found I could let things go more easily. I feel happier, and my sleep has improved. I have tried Adaptogens before - in capsule form - but they weren’t as effective as these powders from Adaptogenic Apothecary.

I'm in perimenopause - Was taking Harmony for 2 months and have now started taking Freedom (now that my cycle has started to become irregular). So far, so good. My mood certainly feels more balanced and energy levels have improved. It's still early days so there's still room for improvement (hence the 4 stars rather than 5).

I am taking power again after a break and have subscribed now due to the positive effect on my mood, concentration, and general energy levels.

I have tried several powders from Adaptogenic Apothecary but the real game changer one for me is Power! It gives me energy in a non jittery way and seems to give me the motivation to do the work out after a long day. Would also buy the focus again. Currently on the recommended break but noticing a difference without it. I mix them with milk and hot water each morning.

I have been taking Freedom for 3 weeks now and have noticed a significant difference in my symptoms. I am 57 post menopause but was having terrible sleep and moods. I have also noticed a lot of bloating has subsided, I feel lighter with more energy.

Absolutely great products. Excellent customer service. I can't recommend enough - Harmony, Freedom and Focus are my favourites.

I would highly recommend their products. I have gone from having 10 days of severe P.M.T with lots of crying to now only 1 - 3 days of less severe low days just before my period.
I highly recommend trying their products. They are quite highly priced, but they are of a high quality, quickly shipped and you get great personalised advice via email about what products you should try using and why. I am so happy I took the recommendation from my mum to try their products.

Products : Focus for the family. Power for me. Freedom for my wife. It is difficult, at this stage, to give an accurate rating really, all can conclusively say is that the delivery, packaging, presentation and care is second to none. Lovely touch with the free copper scoop. We have only been doing for a month now and have not really noticed much change yet. Having said that the Focus ( Lions Mane ) is the best I've found so far. It really helps we destressing at night. My wife ( 54 ) finds the Freedom an interesting taste and is still experimenting with how to integrate into diet. She says it is beginning to have calming effect. The power, for me, tastes really good. I warm up some coconut milk and add the scoop with a half tea spoon of local honey, before a walk in the morning. Mixing with a little hand whisk works great leaving no waste. Sometimes I add to porridge which also tastes great. As far as the actual effects are concerned, I cannot say anything yet. Will update soon. We are just a working class family with not a great deal of money so we find the products expensive for us but you do get what you pay for. There are plenty of other similar products out there much cheaper but will not have the same quality or purity guarantee. If this proves, for us, to make a valuable difference we will continue to take the products and give feedback. Watch this space!
