Freedom is the best product I have tried for eliminating severe night sweats and frequent daily hot flushes. It's easy to use and gets results.

I have been using the Harmony powders daily. I mainly add to hot water and drink as a herbal tea. I’m hoping this is ok, and I find them quite pleasant to drink. You do need to keep track of where you are in your cycle in order to make sure you use the right powders, but all are labelled (follicular, ovulation, lutéal, menstruation). I felt a difference in predictability of cycle this time round (am perimenopausal). I really like the ingredients and the idea behind all the products so am keen to try more.

I have had a couple of different products from Adaptogenic Apothecary; Freedom and Peace and I can absolutely say they are both great. The Freedom has really helped my menopause symptoms and the Peace literally gave me the best nights sleep I have had in months. Would highly recommend! <3

I use harmony blend for different phases of my menstrual cycle and cannot recommend enough! I love sprinkling the powders into my matcha or some coconut milk, it feels incredibly supportive and as a frequent user I have noticed a positive difference in my day-to-day energy levels.

Brilliant products and first class customer service. I have recently decided to come off HRT and am now taking Freedom to manage my symptoms and I feel really good, so now have a monthly subscription. Tastes delicious mixed in with my yoghurt, banana and flaked almonds!

Love this stuff. The products all work. I use Harmony and layer Power (half measure) and focus on top on the days when I need a little extra umph.

First of all, I want to mention that the company has an excellent customer service support in place and have in the past been super generous by sending me a product for free when I had an issue with the packaging and how I received it. They have since created internal seals inside so this is no longer a problem. Worth mentioning a super quick next working day delivery in place too.

Over the past 10 years, I have tried so many menopausal products on the market to the point out of frustration I stopped altogether thinking that none would work and they were a waste of money.
Then, after a particularly rough night of hot flashes and unable to sleep, I grabbed my phone at 2:00 am and started to google for a new product. I then came across Adaptogenic Apothecary FREEDOM designed specifically for menopausal women. I have been taking it for just over 6 months now and seen a complete turnaround. I sleep better, less hot flashes if any at all most nights. No longer get them in the day either and feel more like myself again too.
I wanted to test it so I came off the powder for about 3-4 weeks. At first I felt fine and thought I no longer needed to buy it but then all of a sudden the menopausal symptoms came back with a vengeance! I started retaking it again and by day 3 the night sweats had subsided dramatically and my sleep returned. Now that I have experimented with it I know that it’s working and not some kind of placebo effect. This is my honest review, however, I have not given a full 5 stars as nothing is perfect and I still get symptoms of menopause every now and again but I would say all my menopause symptoms across the board have reduced by 80% which is pretty brilliant. Also, I do still believe that the product is quite expensive even as a subscription package and despite it working. If like myself, you have become dependent on it, then you have no choice but to buy it unless you can find another cheaper alternative elsewhere that works just as well and is cheaper. Maybe they could offer frequent special offers such as a buy two get one free type of incentive which might alleviate the purse strings for some of us a bit and help maintain their customers.

That said, it works great so a big thank you to Adaptogenic Apothecary from me and my husband too! for helping me and I’m sure so many others get through their menopause.
