I’ve been taking the Power Blend for almost two months and I genuinely feel a shift. I’m deep in perimenopause right now, and this has honestly helped calm my anxiety and clear the brain fog. I also don’t crash anymore after workouts. Before, I would literally pass out after exercising, and now I can actually get through a workout and still feel awake and functional afterwards.

Tried out for the first time a month ago now. Found I only need half the recommended dose. This is a very effective product. So many on the band wagon for menopause products but this does work. I've been using the Harmony sachets for several years to improve my sleep quality and now combine most evenings with their new Peace supplement for a tasty, soothing bedtime drink. Been looking for something to combat pre menopausal symptoms for a while and when I saw the positive reviews decided to give this a try. I’ve been using Freedom for an around a month now and can definitely feel an improvement in my hip pain and am sleeping better. I’ve tried a few different ways of taking it as the taste is a bit earthy but finally settled on using it in my morning coffee. The hip pain actually came back after I forgot to bring it with me in a weekend away but improved again after I started back taking it so definitely think it’s having a positive effect. Didn’t want to commit to a subscription until I had given it at least a month however now feel more confident in doing so now I’ve given it some time to see the benefits

Loving this brand so far. I've tried Focus for a few months and am feeling relief of symptoms such as migraine, brain fog and night sweats. I'm sleeping much deeper too. I've recently started Freedom too and loving it already. really would recommend giving AA's more natural remedies a go!

I have been taking FOCUS for around 6 weeks now, and have really started to feel the difference.
I am a lot calmer and not so anxious, my mind is a lot clearer and focused (less of the brain fog), plus my gut health has never been better!

I have enjoyed having the freedom powder in warm milk and it also mixes well with my protein. I have noticed less pain in my joints which has helped with my weight training. I think it is also important to highlight how approachable the owners are as they personally answer your questions, in which I personally appreciate.

I’ve been using Freedom and also Peace for several months now. I wanted to wait to leave a review to really check how these worked out for me and am happy to report they are both now essential to my health and well-being. I mix Freedom in with my overnight oats to have for breakfast and I drink the Peace mixed into milk around 19.00. I have slept so much better since taking it, I make sure to spoon up any little bits left at the bottom as these I’m pretty sure are tiny parts of the mushrooms?
I’ve also tried the Inhale drops, they are in my opinion grim tasting and I need to get the taste away asap but my heck do they work. If I’m feeling ‘mind fogged ‘ and really need to buckle down- they work within about half an hour and I am able to suddenly cr@ck on with things rather than procrastinate!
I love the jars and the decorative labels, they are a joy to have on the shelf, the refills come in slim packets that one empties into the jars. Wonderful company!
