These scammers also trade as Natasha Hair and they sell lots of other products not just dodgy hair. I bought a garden ornament from them. It wasn’t too cheap to be true so I expected it to be as per the picture. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Complaint emails bounce back, AVOID AVOID AVOID. They know they are selling dodgy products and should be shutdown and those that run it incarcerated for fraud

Don't buy. The wigs I received were not the ones advertised. These were cheap mannequin wigs.

This is the worst site i ever bought wigs from. I ordered 3 wigs from them, what they sent to me was totally rubbish and not what i ordered for. I am really disappointed.
THEY ARE PURELY SCAM & DUBIOUS. You will be setting yourself up for disappointment if you order wigs from from them.

This website is a scam and a rip off. I ordered 4 wigs the special was buy 2 get the 3rd one free. The pictures on the website aren’t even real picture of their wigs, it’s false advertisement and fraud. I opened my wigs and they were NOT lace front or the texture that was pictured on the website, not even human hair or even close to a human hair blend. The hair is pretty much plastic like party city wig material.The closure is place in which its supposed to be lace smh. I have been emailing them 3 weeks now about returning the wigs (that were never worn because of trashy ass quality) and getting my refund. They kept trying to give me the run around saying they need a clear picture of my tracking number from the package and my email and phone number…they didn’t respond until like a week later after two additional attempts of reaching out. I then received a message from them stating:
“Hello, the wig wearing effect of our model is by carefully cared, and the products you receive also need to do that by yourself to make the effect you want.” The next day I received another message saying:
“ I am sorry that our products are not meeting your expectations.Because the return of goods requires additional postage.We are willing to refund 10% of the amount of the goods. What do you think?

I paid $69.52 for the wigs and they’re talking about refunded me 10% because of shipping cost in which on their website they said we are responsible for paying for the shipping cost when returning. I am in the middle of trying to get my full refund still for these busted ass wigs smh.

I was forced to give one star I wouldn’t give them anything. Fake wigs and false advertisement and had the audacity to try to make it excuse for bad business practice and trying to make me look like I’m an idiot. My solution to this issue is that all that we have been ripped off from the hard-working money to purchase a crappy ass wigs should all come together get a lawyer and Sue because that’s what I’m going to do if I don’t get my money back and they can have back the wig I haven’t worn it and f don’t want it. It is not what I saw on the website and the description does not match at all.

They should receive a zero. Terrible quality hair. The hair looks like I shopped at Party City to purchase a Halloween wig. They should be taken off all websites. They do not need to be on facebook promoting bogus wigs. They are not great quality. These wigs are not front. I am going to give these wigs to the crackheads in the streets to wear. I have contacted them twice to receive my money back. I wish they would allow me to take a picture of these Halloween wigs to show people to not order from them.

This is the worst Company to order from!!!! Everything they say is a lie there wigs are from Halloween costumes!!! It’s nothing like they show or say!!! Don’t try and get your money back because they block you and you won’t get nothing done.. The worst part about the wigs is the smell ON it horriblel.. thank god for pay pal they will fight for your money so at the end of the day I got my money back but never again will I buy anything from them!!! Scam scam scam...The wig I received looked nothing like the wig I ordered. The wig I received look like something a clown would wear. Very ugly never again will I order from this company again.

I can't believe I was so duped! The wigs took over a month to receive and looked like cheap Halloween stuff. There was no lace, they were shedding, the colors were wrong, and the hair was the cheapest synthetic plastic ever. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Duplicitous... This company is fraudulent. They will advertise nice looking wigs and what you will get is cheap barbie doll wigs. When you write to ask for a refund, they block you. BUYERS BEWARE!!!.... Run, Run, Run!!!!. They are liars and thieves. They billed me for expedited shipping, claimed use DHL or FedEx, and then used the cheapest post... China Post. Which took almost a month to arrive and then not even doorstep delivery, I had to go to post office and pay extra to collect. Nothing this company states is the truth. They are liars and cheats!!

I received my order today and all i can say this company is truely liars i did not get anything i ordered. And definitely not right they stated it was lace front that was a lie and one wig should have no middle part and top it off the curly wig half of the wig was curly and the other have was straight

This is a scam you will not get what you ordered I used PayPal and they sent me some trash wig hair..paypal never did nothing I would have to return the hair to get a refund the joke is the RETURN cost more the hair!! So I was SCAMMED. DONT BUY.
