Adelehair 

I think this is a scam site, there is another site exactly like it, on facebook (kalysswig.com). Check it out with (adelee.shop), which I found on Instagram and I ordered 3x wigs but instead, they sent me a Chinese wooden toy. With it's packaging shaped like a wig box instead of the 3 wigs I ordered. I have opened a PayPal case and I want to informed PayPal that these people are fraudsters!!!, PayPal should allow them to use PayPal as it's a trusted means of purchase.
This morning, I came across this kalysswigs on Facebook and it's the same as adelee.shop but with different photo arrangement. Be careful.. come to think of it, how come the wigs are sooooo cheap? It's unreal!!! 3x wigs for $68.58??
I should have known better!!! Expect if they're manufacturers but I don't think they are. Don't waste your time and lose your money. I didn't receive any wig, am trying to get my money back through PayPal.
Keep away from those 2 sites...

You don´t want to deal with this Company, believe me!

First of all, their Hair. It’s not good Hair at all (like they promise on their web site (“Premium highest quality”). It tangles ALL the time, its very matte and it’s very dry. I had to take them out after only a short while since I couldn’t stand it. The thing is, I have had extensions for over 10 years so I do recognize bad hair. And this was.

And, when I contacted them- their so called ““We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, with a guaranteed response time of less than 24 hours.” Forget it. I had to remind them after 4 days again since no answer, after 6 days again, just to get an answer. And then, they stopped answering at all. “Funny thing” is that they even admitted in their answer I received (before they stopped answering again) that they know they are selling bad hair quote: “We have to admit that wave and curly hair is not soft enough” That is NOT something they mention on their website. And when I questioned that, well they stopped answering.

This is how unprofessional this Company is. They obviously did not care that I was not happy with my purchase!

So, if you are looking for high quality Hair- you won’t find it here. And you don’t want to deal with a Company like this that does not care about their customers and are acting so unprofessional in every way. My advice- search somewhere else if you are looking for good Hair extensions and for a serious Company.
