Go elsewhere

I'd go elsewhere very quick to take your money book you in and be seen by a professional who makes you feel like you're on a production line to tick box
From then on there is a complication of medical test required to provide any medication require required which is a long drawn out complicated process with very poor customer service

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At The ADHD Centre, our aim is always to provide thorough, evidence-based assessments delivered by experienced clinicians, while ensuring patients feel listened to and supported throughout the process.

Following an assessment, certain medical checks may sometimes be required before medication can be safely prescribed. These requirements are based on established clinical guidelines and are intended to ensure patient safety. We appreciate that these additional steps can sometimes feel frustrating or time-consuming, particularly when someone is keen to begin treatment.

We also take comments about communication and service very seriously, as providing clear guidance and supportive patient care is a priority for our team.

As Trustpilot reviews are anonymous, we are unable to identify your case from this message alone. If you would be open to it, we would welcome the opportunity to review your experience in more detail and see whether we can address your concerns. Excellent initial experience.

I had my consultation with Dr. Kalafatis today and it was unlike any previous experiences that I have had with a doctor. He took the time to listen to me, dig deeper and really seek out the answers that I would have not disclosed without his help. I would absolutely recommend my initial experience ADHD clinic, if you have the chance to consult with Dr. Kalafatis I would not hesitate to choose him.

Dr Balogun was excellent

Dr Balogun was excellent!

Making the appointment was very easy to do and the support offered by the admin and clinicians is excellent.

The only downfall is the multiple emails with different bits of information and links to complete tasks does make it difficult to follow at points, would be easier if all the documents and links was in one email.

Professional, Supportive and Reassuring Care During a Difficult Time

I recently had an appointment with Dr Ahmad Zadeh at the ADHD Centre, and I just wanted to say how positive my experience was.

From the very beginning, the ADHD Centre team was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. The whole process felt clear and well organised, which made something that can feel quite overwhelming much easier to manage.

Dr Ahmad Zadeh was excellent throughout. He was calm, patient, and really took the time to listen. I felt completely comfortable during the appointment, and he made me feel at ease while I was navigating what has been a difficult period for me personally. I never felt rushed or judged — just understood and supported.

I’m genuinely grateful for the care and professionalism shown, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the ADHD Centre to anyone looking for support.

What a terrific session with Dr…

What a terrific session with Dr Kehinde. A likeable, warm, kind and caring lady who instantly made us feel at ease. The session was very enlightening and helped us immensely in understanding our child and in him understanding himself. The end of section summaries were very accurate and helpful. At the end of the session the doctor’s kind words really resonated with us and moved us all. Thank you so much for all your support and help which is so important and an amazing starting point to helping our child be the best version of himself now and moving forward.

well i’m reviewing nothing because i’ve only had the appointment and i waiting for the results,

interview based, not much if any feedback at the moment about from try and drink de caff,

now having to book my own drs for tests, vitals, blood pressure which i’ve already provided however i’ve now been told they also need to be done by a GP,

frustrating as this could of been done before my appointment so i was ready, now despite me paying £800 i have to sort my own tests which is the exact thing i find hard and in here for, following through with something that’s affected me since birth, i feel like you’ve had my money and once again on my own,

let’s see what the report says

Dear Joe,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry the process has felt frustrating and that you’ve been left feeling like you’re having to manage everything on your own, that’s not the experience we want you to have..

Just to explain the pathway more clearly: your £695 assessment fee covers the consultation and the preparation of your detailed diagnostic report. If medication is recommended, we must have baseline physical checks in place first (such as blood pressure, and sometimes blood tests or an ECG) in line with national prescribing guidance (NICE NG87). For safety reasons, these checks usually need to be completed and documented by your GP or another regulated medical provider before we can start treatment.

We do share this information in the appointment confirmation, but I recognise that it can still come as a surprise in practice, particularly if you only find out what’s needed after the assessment, and I’m sorry this wasn’t clearer at the right time.

If you would like support with next steps, our team can provide a clear checklist of what is required and liaise with you directly to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please feel free to contact us at connect@adhdcentre.co.uk and we will assist.

Thank you again for sharing your experience. We’ll do our best to make the next steps feel more supported.

Kind regards,
The ADHD Centre

Dr Mohammadinasab is great!

I've been with the ADHD Centre since moving to London in 2022 and it’s been a really pleasant experience seeing Dr Mohammadinasab. I was originally diagnosed in the US and appreciated being able to see someone relatively quickly to go through all the tests and get diagnosed again. (Much more thorough than the US which I think is great. I had never had any cardiac tests before and it gave me peace of mind to know I could safely continue on concerta)

Edited to say — while the doctor has been great, the staff can be difficult to deal with and I’ve received rude responses in the past when asking questions or trying to find my appointment link (for a while they were just reusing old links that I had to dig through several old emails to find).
