Really helpful consultation
Really helpful consultation. Dr Tareen was really supportive and able to answer all my questions. Felt listened to and she was lovely with our daughter too.
I was nervous but that evaporated Instantly.
I was nervous about taking a step towards diagnosis but i can say 100% i picked the right people to call. The team here were frinedly, efficient, supportive and so so fast. I should have called them years ago. They are placed in the mid price range so afordable but thorough.

ADHD Assessment Feedback
I found the experience rather overwhelming as there were so many questions to answer however I did appreciate the attention to detail that was required for the assessment. It was a relief to recognise my symptoms described and to understand that they are as a result of ADHD.

The assessment provided valuable insight into my strengths and challenges. I really appreciated how patient and helpful the doctor (Dr Upadhya) was, especially in using clear and simple language since English is not my first language. This made the experience positive, reassuring, and easy to follow.
Understanding
Probably the best there is in London
Absolutely amazing service - I’ve been with them for almost two years and they are very very efficient, fast communication, and Dr Mohammadinasab is very good with patient care
Felt at ease
Easy to find. Very relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Ideal bearing in mind the nature of what is discussed.

Great support from the start of the process. Easy booking process and support leading up to the appointment. The doctor today was compassionate and understanding, supportive and considerate of my son feelings.
ADHD Diagnosis
I received my diagnosis for ADHD before Christmas and commenced my shirtly thereafter. I am in my mid fifties and have struggled with concentrating, focus, fidgeting, procrastination and a host of other traits since childhood. The positive impact that the medication is having on my day to day life is quite remarkable. Tasks which normally take me all day are now completed efficiently and usually at the first attempt. My family and friends have noticed how much calmer and more focussed I am during social interactions. I feel like I have more time and space to get things done. The effect is very subtle, I still feel the same in all other respects. I wish I had taken the strap of getting diagnosed years ago.

Brilliant service
We were nervous before our son’s ADHD assessment, but Dr Kehinde was kind and reassuring not only to us as parents but most importantly to our son, from the outset.
Dr Kehinde listened intently to what we were telling her and was calm and compassionate to our us all. Dr Kehinde was extremely thorough and it was clear she really cared to give us the right diagnosis.
I would recommend Dr Kehinde without hesitation.
Overall a positive experience
Would have been 5 stars but I didn’t get an email I was promised on my first telephone enquiry. Once I had booked my assessment, communication with Dr Sani’s secretary was very good. At my assessment Dr Sani handled my nerves delicately and was able to get the information she needed to make a clear assessment.
Very poor support and communication
Very poor support and communication.
My daughter was diagnosed, after paying for an extra test, but the communication has been pitiful.
I wait ages, sometimes days, for someone to come back to me. When they do the support is minimal.
They kept sending the information to my daughter withough appreciating the fact that her ADHD means she forgets to take the actions she's been asked to take. When they didn't receive back what was expected there was no follow-up.
The information they send is very cut and paste, with no thought or appreciation for the issues faced.
I asked for for diagnosis so I could send it to her college because they need something on record. Instead of sending a simple letter, I was sent her entire diagnosic history, including sensitive information, which I cannot possibly send them. When I emailed back to explain that what they had sent was unsuitable I had no response.
We are still awaiting our meeting to discuss medication.
So, nothing to help her with the college support she needs, no medication.
It's a shambles and I wouldn't recommend.
